Never have I ever been treated rudely by Debbie. There’s a first for everything… firstly there was NOT 5 calls from me on my case… and I’ve been waiting over a week for YOU to call me back. Your grandson’s showing has NOTHING to do with me and is NOT MY PROBLEM!!! Debbie can get over herself! NEVER AGAIN. Sounds like you’re nothing but slow. Your trippin hard if you think me and my money are gonna tolerate your Karen attitude!! So GLAD i didn’t go here!!!!

Charlie’s paint and body shop is amazing! Debbie was the most compassionate, understanding person I’ve ever met in a mechanic shop. She will work with anybody and puts the customer first! Amazing work and great on time and makes people feel like at ease ! She really made my day and helped me out so much appreciate her so much! Best place in Valencia county to go to.

This is the absolute worst place to get your vehcile done! My mother in law has had her vehicle in the shop for almost 6 months and everytime we call theyre “waiting on a part”… what was suppose to be a week tops in repairs has left my mother in law without a vehicle for almost half a year… there are a number of body shops weve been to here in belen and never have we had such horrible service… if you’re looking for a vehicle repair shop PLEASE skip this oneService: Body & Trim

No communication what so ever. Still waiting on parts for over a month. Job was approved in November parts were barely order in January. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE will come up with excuse after excuse. Got a call that my truck should be ready by mid next week which first week of February. Been at shop since December 12th was told I would have my vehicle December 26 and they were closed. Bunch of liars if I say so. Make sure to grab all paperwork because they will blame the other companies shipping parts. Will be following up with every company that has shipped my parts once I get my vehicle back and re inspectedService: Body & Trim
