Went in to get a oil filter, one young man who works there was doing his job, but the two young ladies were too busy giggling and flirting with guys to help customers, I looked up my own part and when an older woman worker came back from lunch, she asked me if I had been helped, which I hadn't. She got one of the gigglers to help me. It was very unprofessional!

O’Reillys has a new customer and closer.
I tried getting a job with y'all, but no y'all were hiring kids.
You lost a lot of business just so you know. I will recommend O'Reilly's to everyone one I know from now own. I use to be believe in Auto Zone, but when you focus on hiring kids.

We enjoy customer service from Nick, Annaleah, Idalia, Odean, and Santiago. They go above and beyond! We appreciate their help and consideration for others. Other than that, for the remaining staff, customer service is poor! We have gone in several times, and the other staff is gossiping, laughing, and not wanting to move to help, nor do they pay attention to detail and what's going on around them. Autozone has been the best when it comes to needing anything for your vehicle!

This store never has the parts I need in stock and when you order the parts from the main hub they'll tell you 8am the next day and when you go in to get it they now told me 1:30pm. That's a pretty big difference in time considering that's what three different employees told me.
