JR stayed on the phone with me as I drove home to get the tire size. He had the tire is stock and was able to replace it quickly. We even talked about my new truck afterwards. JR and his staff really care more about their customers more than making a buck”

“Worked with them on a U-Haul return and they were accommodating, even though there was a misunderstanding with the UHaul company about where we should drop off the trailer. Robert was kind and friendly, and he accepted responsibility for the misunderstanding. Of note: if using Apple Maps to access this location, it will tell you to make some weird, extra turns to get there. If it says to drive all the way to the 47 to make a u-turn about 2 miles out and double back, I suggest keeping an eye out for Auge's on the left hand side well before that I-turn suggestion. There are tons of places to turn left or make a u-turn before the 47.”
