I wish I could give this company a lower star rating. This industry produces the worst BUSINESS ethics I've ever seen. What is the solution? What are we going to do about how we treat one another and how we spend our hard-earned money with some of these business owners these days? The integrity of treating people with respect and fairness appears to have vanished. If I had stuck with this storage rental, I could have written a chapter about the horrible experience, the lack of comfort, and the feeling that my personal items would be ruined. However, we live and learn!! What I can say is, if you don't want to worry about your property or if it has worth, don't rent here!!! VALUE RENTAL

The lady which is the wife I understood owner of the business. I gave her my bank information and she was able to get their money for payments she was doing it for a while. Then I get a statement saying I am three months behind. I told the lady How could I be behind when they got the account number and they’ve been getting the money each month. Then she tells me they never had the bank information. Which is a bunch of BS. Because how did they get the other payments then.They just wanted to get me behind so they could be able to get my items in my storage because I could not come up with three payments they are not a good business the husband seem to be a nice man but not the lady

one of them tried to bite me, but their teeth didn't get through the plastic. i just started running as fast as i could. trying to get away from there; all the wrapping was tangling around my limbs. they put me back in my old room. memories
