One of the worst experience I've had at a post office I was moving my packages from the middle counter to the front desk and Ashley scuffled to grab my packages and threw them onto the counter and I told her please don't throw my stuff and she said you could have took him out and I said if you would have gave me one second I would have worst experience ever

The worst customer service, sad that the women that works there is so rude. I didn’t get my address completely fast enough, she threw my package at me, then when I did get it she proceeded to mail it to a wrong address 1 1/2 week later it was delivered back to me. It is impossible to complain , I work , I would never treat someone like that. This woman has a secure job, furthermore there was no other customer in office

Been using this PO for 4 years now. Always a good experience though sometimes I feel bad for the employees as it seems as if they are short staffed at times. They are always very nice no matter what. Sad to see so many negative comments about this small town location.

So I have been living at my address for 3-1/2 year's and recently I've noticed that my mail haven't been delivered to my front door mailbox. I notified the landlord on this matter, he said that this new postal worker will not separate 12 unit's of mail for all of us living here? All our mail goes into one mailbox. BULLCRAP! Don't make excuses for we pay for your salary to personally deliver our mail into our private mailbox. How sad, unfortunate and LAZY! this one little postal service can't make a difference. I already complained about this before. Apparently still nothing has improved?! Sick, ruthless, lazy and I lost all respect for the postal service.

My packages usually arrive smashed, or left in weird hidden spots because the worker is too lazy to come to the door. And I hope you don't try to call this number to speak to anyone, because the automated system is not going to allow it. Save yourself the rage from trying to call, and just go in.

I shipped a package to Aztec NM from Wa state, it cost $106.25 to ship the package. Because the address was a P.O. Box the post office charged another $106.25 to release the package. There reason for charging the $106.25 again was a forwarding charge . Pretty sorry excuse for service to be charged another ship fee of $106.25 from Washington to Nm when the package was already there and they didn’t even deliver it. It had to be picked up.

Jerome was the "supervisor" in which Jaime had directed me to. They both cut me off in the middle of my sentences as I was trying to explain my daily mail situation. To these people your feedback or even your voice in general is an inconvenience to them. Both of thsee employees were in a rush to hurry up and get me off the phone. I used Informed daily mail and the e-mails are always spot on. I get the e-mail of what is coming to my home and then it appears accurately every time. Today was a different situation. Neither one of these employees wanted to contact the carrier or help me resolve this issue in anyway. Poor service. Poor heart conditions.

Let me start by saying I love our mailman on our route and the other employees are friendly. And I thought it was just me but seeing other reviews I now know that I’m not special regarding the way the front desk clerk has treated me. I’ve watched and listen to her greet other customers like life long friends then when it’s my turn I’m met with a catty cold argumentative attitude, right off the bat! Every time I go in she acts like I’m a complete stranger even made me get my ID for my mail today but when she came from the back she had others mail and just handed it to them no questions asked. Very odd to have someone that unfriendly working directly with the public, maybe she should just work in the back sorting packages.
