I've had my fair share of troubles with this pharmacy over the years. But the limiting hours they have now in a town where half the population commutes to towns nearly an hour away has really taken the cake. The only reason I have stuck with Walmart Pharmacy over the years is the fact that they were open later. Now I'm working until 6 pm in a city 45 minutes away. They are closed on Sunday. I'm no longer getting my medication when I need it. This recent development is not customer friendly and not logical considering that every time I went in there was a mile-long line at 7 pm or later.

Very frustrating place to look for specified items. Selection variety is lacking. Sections of items are becoming sparse. The store is short-handed, so if you need the fitting room, you must go to the customer service department. On the first visit, while the manager was very nice, opening a cashier check-out with live clerk, the time spent is never a quick stop for a few items. On a return trip, It took me 80 minutes to take back pants that weren't the right cut, get a refund, and try on jeans, same size, same brand, which fit. Go figure. Then again, check myself out. A little glitch with the machine didn't help, but the self check-out clerk was busy talking with someone. Finally got it to scan correctly. So yes, much of the afternoon on this one errand. Grrr.

Such a wonderful experience!. Usually when i need to refill on my RX away from home, it's a time consuming, frustrating experience- and I was prepare it!just for that! You can usually follow the handling of it. Thank you for just getting it done. So much easier - handle it once and completely much appreciated!

I signed up to receive a text when my prescriptions are ready. Have had to wait in line a few times but usually not more than 5-10 minutes, but most of time I get in and out pretty quickly.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with Walmart. Two of my children have the flu. My children prescription was send to Wal-Mart on 02/04/2019 around 11am. I went to Wal-Mart around 5pm to pick up the meds. The Wal-Mart worker told me that my kids' meds were not ready due fact that they were out of stock. She also stated that I can come back the next day after 2pm and they will have the Meds in stock. So I came back the next day around 6pm and STILL NO MEDICINE READY FOR ANY OF MY CHILDREN WHO ARE SICK WITH FLU! Again, the worker states that they are out of stock and to come back tomorrow after 2pm. I never received a phone or a text saying that they were out of meds. Clearly, I was upset so the worker sugguested that I have my prescription sent to a local pharmacy in town whom she knows has the Meds in stock but by this time it is almost 7pm at night so everything is closed. My 1 year old and 8 year had to go another night feeling miserable. So I transferred the prescription over to other pharmacy and picked it the next day with no problems. (Which is great! I am never going to Wal-Mart Pharmacy again).

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I need a 90 Day prescription filled. For whatever reason, this place never has enough of my medication on hand and only fills 3 days' worth at a time. I recently injured my knee and can assure you that having to come back here every three days is HIGHLY inconvenient and horrible customer service. The woman at the pick-up window made me limp over to the drop-off window so she wouldn't have to "walk all over the place." Apparently she didn't mind making me walk all over the place with a sprained knee. They need to get it together here. I'm changing pharmacies and you shouldn't even bother using them.

Stood in line for 35 minutes only to be told my product was out of stock. And maybe it'll be here Thursday. No call, no text, nothing. I won't be back.

Never have my script ready even when I call in advance. Even when they say it's ready it usually isn't. Some of the staff is very rude.
