I was very leary and guarded going in here as I had almost lost hope with verizon. After 1 year of the most aweful service I've ever experienced with verizon and paying 100$ to be told we recommend you to use wifi calling...huh why pay you 100 when I can use wifi for 50 a month...the customer service reps at this locals has restored my faith in verizon. Not only were they very helpful and knowledgeable, but they were simply delightful! Will most definitely be making this my main verizon stop when I need something. 10/10 would recommend them.

Laura was actually quite hateful, very different experience than the ones mentioned involving her. Being that she's new I understand there are hiccups but don't be in customer service if you don't want to deal with people.

Laura is the New Store Manager and she is very thoughtful, thorough, helpful and a pleasure to be around. She helped me with getting my Verizon app working and upgraded my tablet she knows how to take care of her customers. I would recommend her and this store to everyone.

Head guy with the manger was super rude to others while I was there. Saw about 6 people between 10 minutes and basically said there was nothing she couldn’t do where there was indeed something she could of done. He also lied to many of the people who came. What a shame, they used to have much better service a few years ago. Definitely recommend to NOT come here and just buy a phone straight from apple or any other place,

Do not use Russell cellular. Go directly through Verizon. The manager at this branch ruined my account set up and rebates. Verizon was unable to fix because it was a Russell cellular issue. They said they tried everything and fixed nothing when they were at fault. I will not be using them in the future.
