We have tried numerous times calling and mailbox is full. We were broken into and still police nor we were able to get in touch with you guys. I know i need to pay a lil more now but i never had problems before now. Ive sent you an email wonder if that is gonna be seen anytime soon. I am really needing to get in touch.

BAIT AND SWITCH! We got a unit beginning of March 2022, was informed by the csr that the monthly price did included a "protection plan" and access hours were 24/7. Now April 1st we get a letter informing us that as of May 1st our monthly fee will now increase to include a "protection plan" unless we provide proof that we purchased independently. Also hours have been reduced. We were not informed that within a month of moving into unit prices and hours would change, I am now looking for another Storage Facility that does not do a bait and switch on their customers.

A great storage place! The lady that answers the phone is polite and very helpful. I have never had any problems. Definitely would recommend to others.

Haven't had any problems the lady that I talked to was very friendly and helpful. Only problem we had was getting to our storage shed with a trailer because the rows are narrow. We managed to get unloaded tho.
