This Subway in Walmart is good. Employee paid attention to each order. We did not need to repeat ourselves. Each sandwich was full with no skimping on ingredients.

The person taking our order(gentleman in his 30s?) was very bright and energetic! He also put a lot of energy into taking orders. Love this place!

I’m a huge fan of the salads but honestly the service was atrocious and pretty ridiculous tonight. The store doesn’t close till 10pm. I arrived at 9pm to order three salads. As soon as I walked in, I was informed that the lobby was closed. I waited for ten minutes in line to order my to go order until I was served. I’m not annoyed or mad about the wait. What made me angry is the service I received. I informed the girl that I needed three salads and she told me that they couldn’t do salads. I looked down at the counter and saw all the vegetables and meat needed to make them, I looked behind her and saw clean bowls and utensils available, so I asked why not. She informed me that it was too late and that they wouldn’t make them. The store didn’t close for another hour and they couldn’t be bothered to dirty three bowls for a salad. I then asked what the cut off time was or what changed because I had ordered salads previously through the app at the same time and she couldn’t answer me. I then pointed out that there wasn’t a difference between ordering the same thing at the same time or ordering it in the store except they couldn’t turn down an order in the app. At this point the girl turned and called the other girl working because she obviously had no justification or reasoning to give. The other girl begrudgingly starts to get things out to make salads and at this point I just walk out. I shouldn’t have to beg for a service that is offered all the time. I shouldn’t have to argue with an employee or justify why they should perform their job. I understand wanting to clean and get things done to close for the night but with an hour left and never having this issue before, yes I take that kind of service rudely. Either offer the same service every time or change the store hours if your employees are so set on doing the absolute bare minimum. This is coming from someone who has worked in the food industry and also been on closing shifts.

I ordered on door dash and my steak and cheese came with no cheese.... Like how, and when I called just to let them know that I had an issue, they picked up and hung up.... Really bad costumer service. I've never had a problem going in, maybe they're busy, but I really wanted cheese on my steak and cheese... How do you mess that up????? It's in the name.

They messed up my order I asked for a bmt whith extra extra pickles and he forgot half my order he didn't put any pickles he put onions and I asked for pickles and they didn't put jalapeños I asked for those to and I asked for white bread and again wrong and my other sandwich was asked to be toasted and wrong that's why you go in don't order online

Bad Service. The workers can't work under pressure the guy had a bad attitude throwing stuff around.

Completely ignores online orders until you arrive at the store. I'm a busy mama i don't have time to wait for the employee to make everyone in lines sandwich before making mine even though mine was placed and paid for 25 minutes ago. Got my money back.

I usually avoid online ordering...old school I guess. But my experience with Little Caesar's changed my mind. Their orders are done exactly when they say they will be and you just go in and pick up your order from the portal. Perfect.So, I decided to put in an online order at Subway. First time, last time. Not only was the order not ready at the committed time, it took an additional 10 minutes. The person at the cash register apologized with the explanation that it got busy. Isn't that supposed to be a factor in the time estimate? To make matters worse, they didn't make my sandwich fully as ordered. I won't stop going to Subway, but I'll go in person so I can watch my sandwich being made the way I prefer.

Called and called for a huge to go order. Never answered. Website was not working either. Bad business. Missed out on a $500 order and we always tip 20% even on to go orders. Go elsewhere.
