Twice they have told me that they can not fill my drink order because they do not have the ingredients to make thier Medicine Ball ....
Are you kidding me....!!!???
Twice....this happened twice in two week period....
C'mon man.....!!!!

TALK ABOUT FRUSTRATION....YOU DRIVE IN TO ORDER A DRINK OF THIER TEA....AND THEN THEY DON'T HAVE THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE ONE OF THIER SIGNATURE DRINKS ON THEIR MENU......OMG....!!!

Whoa....!!!! What...Why....Are you kidding me....!!!!????Can you imagine how frustrated a person gets when he can not enjoy a hot cup of tea .....!!!Well how about the frustration when you order a Medicine Ball Citrus Tea...and you are told that your order can not be filled due to a shortage of ingredients to prepare this item. Are you kidding me....???!!!!!C'mon man...!!!!This is unacceptable...!!!

I myself am a partner at Starbucks, and I genuinely felt appalled by the way me and my family were treated at this location. They were out of venti cups, which of course I understand. However, this is not the customers fault and so we asked for the drink to be made as a venti, but put into trenta cup. This should no issue. Not only did the person at the front POS treat me and my family with horrible attitude (no name tag on so Im unsure of their name) my family member who ordered a venti overheard baristas talking smack about the beverage. Super sad behavior.

Ordered 2 of the same drink. Got handed the first one right away took and extra 5 minutes for the second only to get two different looking and tasting drinks. Disappointed.

Manager David was very rude went today waited at the speaker box for over 15 minutes no one answered went to the window and the employee Abby was talking to the person in front. Ask her to take our order and refused to she wanted us to go around and by this time they were 4-5 cars more. Manager David came to the window and said he wasn’t helping us due to being short handed and that we should have just waited in line. This is my first awfully experience I have ever received at Starbucks

Waited in drive thru for awhile, decided to go in because it would probably be faster. Stood there until someone finally helped me only to be told “just so you know, there’s a lot of mobile orders in front of you so it may be awhile.. it may be faster to go through the drive thru.” Instead of making a drink for someone that is already there and waiting, they prioritize people that aren’t even there yet. Not a good business practice and won’t be back
