As usual, non-managerial employees are underpaid. They are taken for granted, unjustly terminated, and routinely have their workers' rights continually violated. As noted in my review of Brewer Oil Company (Corporate Office review in Albuquerque, NM.). I would be ashamed; especially if my family's last name is the namesake of such an incompetently run organization. Observing these facts is easily ascertained by way of my forced continuing patronage of Brewer. The worst part is my preference to buy Shell Gasoline. I have a King Soopers shopper rewards card out of Denver, CO. I routinely accrue points that enable me to pay for mid grade fuel discounted from anywhere from $1.50 to $0.10, off per gallon. I can go to any Shell nationwide and redeem those discounts. Unfortunately, Brewer is the only operator that carries Shell Gasoline in the Roswell/Artesia/Carlsbad area. I don't enjoy being forced to patronize any business that violates its workers' rights, allows any of its executive officers to lie in official corporate records (Kenneth Sprague) without being held accountable, enables an operations manager (Charles Rhodes) to not only lie in corporate documents, but it was well known whenever he came to certain store locations, inventory magically disappeared. Kitchen staff at multiple locations routinely paid the price of such behavior. Don't forget that this company operates fast and loose in its adherence to laws and regulations. The concept of business ethics guiding this entity is laughable. With that being said. I find it very problematic that a an entity like Shell has any sort of relationship with Brewer.
