I ordered a part that was supposed to be in by 5/29/2024. Called today and it is still not in. Only complaint I have is that I would have saved $20.00 on faster shipping since no one knows when my part will be in now. I would suggest not offering express shipping if it will not arrive on time.

The staff is really nice, they're knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best ones is Anthony - he's incredibly friendly and polite, with amazing people skills. He has a great attitude too!

Overpriced Parts. Their computer gives you the wrong info for parts and trying to deal with the local manager will give you a world class headache!

No one was up front, took a while before anyone came to check on the counter, no covid masks being worn, unfriendly workers, seemed to have no knowledge on steering parts, almost gave me the wrong part, had the same part cheaper at AutoZone
