“The customer service at this T-Mobile is unmatched. Juan Montanez worked with me on a plan and equipment upgrade and accessories. He is professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and plans. I must have spit-fired so many questions at him and the whole time not only did he welcome every single one, but he had a knowledgeable answer for everything and creative solutions for all my inquiries. For this reason alone, we were empowered to get a new phone after my old phone broke, my husband is planning to upgrade sooner because of the information we received from Juan, and I am buying a bunch of other equipment I need because now I understand clearly what we are getting into with plans and products. We walked in there with my husband thinking about wanting to switch to AT&T, and I told him I love the customer service at T-Mobile and wanted to stay. This store helped me prove my point. The entire staff is friendly and willing to help as well. We spent a lot of time in the store and they checked in with us often to make sure we were comfortable with water and charging stations. Angel was super knowledgeable and professional as well, although he wasn’t the main person assisting us. I wish all T-Mobile stores had the professional attitude, genuine care for their customers, and technical expertise that this one does. Outstanding! Keep up the good work!”

“I took my 19 year old son in on Monday Nov the 6th. He has a slight learning disability and this was the first time he was making a big adult purchase. He just got a job and saved his first two checks to do so. I was more than impressed with the young lady that assisted him. She was very kind and patient with him made sure to talk him through everything and explained it in a way he could understand. I want her to know that it meant a great deal to me that she treated him the way she did. We need more people like her in this world.”

“I was very leary and guarded going in here as I had almost lost hope with verizon. After 1 year of the most aweful service I've ever experienced with verizon and paying 100$ to be told we recommend you to use wifi calling...huh why pay you 100 when I can use wifi for 50 a month...the customer service reps at this locals has restored my faith in verizon. Not only were they very helpful and knowledgeable, but they were simply delightful! Will most definitely be making this my main verizon stop when I need something. 10/10 would recommend them.”
