Always constantly closed the manager pushed the citizens of Artesia out the door locked it claimed the AC is broken she's been closing the store this last week 3x iv been by there between 6-7pm and she basically knocked down a child I dunno what type of ppl they hire but I will be calling corporate to complain.

Walked in with one singular dollar and a goal of candy and walked out successfully with a box of Mike and Ike’s. Great customer service and good Christmas cheer!

I stopped in the other night to pick up a 40 lb bag of bird seed that FedEx dropped off there for me. The gentleman behind the counter picked it up and carried it out to my truck for me, he was super kind and helpful.

I sent my two nine-year-olds in to get what they were looking for. One of my kids accidentally touched a yellow basket, and the man working screamed at her and said READ THE SIGN! They didn’t tell me till we got home. They were startled by his scream and ran out, got into the car, and said they didn’t have what they wanted. We were only two minutes away when they told me it took all I had not to drive back to make a scene. Please beware of this rude man. His behavior is uncalled for, especially towards children.

Clean store, but the rest is bad. I had an online order for 5 items that i had placed 6+ hours beforehand. The app wasn’t updated so I asked the employee and he ignored me, walked away, and i was left to wait while they checked out a large order. When i finally asked he kept telling me that they didn’t receive an order. After showing him how to find the order, mine was there. He bagged up my order and i was off. What was supposed to be a pickup turned into a shopping session. ?

They are never open on time. If you need to prepare the store before opening then don’t be lazy and get there early. Some people actually have things to do in the morning that we can’t do and can possibly cause health or physical problems because they can’t open on time. This is crazy and corporate will hear about this and if it doesn’t change I will be taking further action with the law.

The web site shows this store on o be open. Been sitting here since 8:15 am. I have watched ten people try the door and it’s locked. Even from 8:30 am until 8:45 the door is still locked and six more people have tried. There are no signs saying what time they open but the web site says they are!! You are loosing customers by the dozens
