Walmart Supercenter offers a mix of experiences for shoppers. The store features friendly staff at the registers, with particular praise for Curtis, who is consistently nice. However, some customers find the customer service, especially at the return or check-in counters, to be rude and unfriendly, often noting that certain employees appear to be unhappy or short-tempered. Despite these issues, the store is appreciated for its convenient self-checkout options, which many find faster and more efficient, especially with the addition of personal shoppers who help find items for those who prefer not to enter the store. The store provides fresh vegetables that are cleaned daily and are about 30% cheaper than local grocery stores, making it a popular shopping destination for groceries. Delivery and grocery pickup services have improved and are generally considered helpful. However, customers sometimes encounter challenges with social distancing rules and find staff at the pharmacy to be a little short with them. Overall, Walmart Supercenter is seen as a typical, large retail store that can have moments of good service and convenience, but also moments of frustration, especially related to customer interactions and the behavior of other shoppers. The store remains a go-to place for affordable prices and quick shopping, despite mixed feelings about the overall shopping environment.
Pretty good place to shop in Artesia. Actually clean, the workers doing their work, and the workers are very friendly.

The people at the registers are really nice and Curtis. But the lady at customer service is always mad and rude. They really need to put someone else. Every time i go cash in my check she always has attitude like no one loves her.
