Prices are higher than average, customer services is on point. Feel bad for the workers at the loading warehouse not even a fan to blow air and i only stood there for 10min!!!

Prices were extremely high and items were very limited. Man working at the cash register was very rude and acted as if we weren't good enough to be shopping there, also treated a customer as if they were stealing things by trying to pay for less when the customer had exactly what he said he had. I was mortified by the employees behavior. I won't be going back.

its a little more expensive because there's no other hardware store in town now and the parking lot sucks bad a few spots to park and half are used for the workers if they don't have what you need you have choose roswell or carlsbad we need another hardware store here

People are kinda helpful. When they can figure out what a bushing is. Prices are a little higher than Lowe's but it's worth the time savings to go here. The guy in the lumber department is friendly and very helpful.

If I could go into the negative ratings, I would give them one unfortunately I'm forced to give them an obligatory 1 star. Customer service = non-existent, at least if you're of color. Definitely funny to find that my mom and I were that entertaining for all of the employees that worked there. Regret having spent around $14. Definitely making the trip to Lowes or Home depot from now on.

Friendly and helpful when asked . Store appears to be well stocked each time I go in and prices are comparable.
