This insurance agency does not have any integrity whatsoever. State Farm Artesia office is being run by State Farm office in Hobbs. The staff in the office in Artesia always transfers you Hobbs office when there are issues. They are usually very irresponsive to the issues as well. For example, I indicated my wife and I should be in the insurance policy. Later, I was called and asked for more money if my wife was also driver. I said her name is already in the insurance policy. Hobbs office then contacted and told me although my wife is actually a registered driver in the insurance policy, she may or may not be covered in the event of accident. I really did not know what to say at that time for a such terrible response but frustrated immensely. Then someone from Hobbs office called me again and assured me that my wife is registered and covered in the event of an accident. How would you trust a agency if you cannot trust them?Finally, I moved out from Artesia, NM, and had cancelled the insurance policy. I was told I will receive the refund check for remaining policy in many occasions. Every time I called either State Farm customer service or Armando's office, I was told check will be delivered within 2-3 weeks due to wrong mailing address in the system. Although I do not have any issues with receiving other mails, for some reason State Farm mails are undeliverable. Regardless of I have provided the correct address every time when I called the office, I am still waiting the check. Today (12/15), I was told I will have to wait another 7-10 business days because address in the system was wrong. I have started to think these guys will not send the refund check and I really don't know what to do next. State Farm customer service does not help with the issue, too.I would try to avoid getting an insurance policy from this particular agency to prevent inconveniences when you need help.

I seriously do not like to post bad reviews but this office needs a lot of training on how to create accounts. It seems, outside looking in, that they do not communicate with each other, verify or check their work. Completely 100% dissatisfied. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. It’s everyone else’s fault.
