My service got canceled today for an outstanding amount I know this isn't ideal. I called the customer service line at 2:12pm was left on hold till 4:06pm then the line abruptly hung up before I was able to speak to anyone about the concerns I had on reconnection fees since what is stated on their website is that they cause damage to disconnect service and charge us the consumer an additional fee and deposit to reconnect. I have no idea what El paso Electric is doing their service is horrible and dismissive being the company that can provide utility in my area has made them complacent and useless if there were any other option I would take it in a heart beat do better!

Feb 18 2021!! everything else is open to the public even with covid and this office is still closed to the public, to make a payment drive threw is crazy long they take forever this is some BS!
