Beware!! Extremely unprofessional and rude. He is unable to keep pharmacy techs because of how he treats them, then continues to complain to his customers about how he has to work all alone. Once he even put the wrong prescriptions in the wrong bottles. I will be filing a complaint with NMRLD.

The owner is very rude ! I called yesterday to check if my sisters prescription was ready or not & when he picked up he said we needed to show the new insurance or something like that and I just needed to verify because my mom was asking him to ask him if we could give him the new number or we have to go in person & he didn’t let me ask him my question, he proceeded to be very rude and then hanged up on me with no hesitation and with no answer to what my question was, if he doesn’t like his job then just quit, very unprofessional, definitely the worst pharmacy in anthony

We had a terrible experience here. We are first-time customers, and the pharmacist refused us service. Reading his responses to these reviews makes it clear he takes no personal accountability and always holds the customer at fault. This is a practice that demonstrates a lack of empathy and compassion. It is unfortunate that he would be in this profession and not care for the people in the community.

This is an establishment that does not take responsibility for how they treat their patients when it comes to a simple question. Just imagine if my mother-in-law was the one on the phone, who knows how he would have treated her since she is an elderly woman and only speaks Spanish? If they reference themselves to a fast food service that is better in customer service than their pharmacy than there is no comparison. It seems to me that neither the manager nor the business should be accepting this kind of behavior but due to this response, all they do is try to excuse their actions with a justification that they do not know how to answer their customers in a professional or orderly manner an hour before they close the store.

This man’s doors are open today because of us, the public that pay his salary! People are in pain and are in need of medication after a serious surgery and he takes it upon himself to make a personal judgment and tell a paying customer that he is “not going to fill the prescription only for their convenience”. That is super offensive and unprofessional. I don’t understand how he gets away with this. This leaves hurting patients fresh out of surgery, that don’t have alot of resources, looking for another pharmacy that will do their job. He is causing extreme inconvenience for someone in real need. I can’t imagine he would bestow this treatment on someone he loves. I hope this man reflects on his wrong doing.

Albright pharmacy has proven to be a failure in Anthony, NM. While they are busy considering they are one of the few pharmacies that services the Anthony, NM area. Mr. Sweet refused to give me a medication because according to his judgment I was "doctor shopping" for narcotics.
I have never been given strong pain medication. Ibuprofen 800mg. I was prescribed hydrocodones because I fractured my 5th metacarpal bone and had had emergency surgery. This man refused to give me my medication based on a judgment he made.
When I told him to look through the list of prescriptions I've had over the past year he refused and so I was left without pain meds for 3 months.
Mr. Sweet has also caused a scene at one of the local doctor's office. Sweet? I think not. ? This man is judging customers, refusing service, and making doctors uncomfortable with his demeanor which is why my doctor stopped referring his patients there.
Do BETTER!
I now take my prescriptions to Mt. Cristo in Sunland Park, NM. It's 25 minutes out of my way but I'd rather go somewhere where I will be given my prescriptions without having to be shamed for what I'm receiving.
Shame on you.

WORST PHARMACY in Anthony, NM. He actually threatened me with legal action if I gave him a bad review!!!! Who does that, and he sent me a screenshot of someone else's private information!!!! Just WOW!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST PLAIN UNPLEASANT TO DEAL WITH!!!

The pharmacist is very rude treat patients with no respect if he doesn’t like his job, he should find a new one..I have never been disrespectful. Feel free to post all four times that I have walked in with a video.. and you will see that you are the only one that is disrespectful. You have locked me out.. and why did you follow me to the parking were you afraid to have it recorded? Pull up all four last transactions on video and you will see you are very disrespectful. Let me know when you put it on DVD so I can pick up a copy. And feel free to post your name as well.
