Bad attitude over the phone! Keep hanging on me. I will never deal with this dealership again! Seems to me if your making a living off customers and making money treat them right. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I heard “fucker”in the background just when they hung up!!

Unfortunately I did not have good experience with this company. I went in spoke with a gentlemen about a tractor in April, we are in May now. We decided on a tractor, we sat down with the salesman in April, who i will not name, went over the financing, filled out an application where they ended up pulling my credit and pre approving me for this tractor. I was told my tractor would be not arriving for a couple of weeks due to covid and I was ok with it. Couple of weeks passed by and I heard nothing, not even a call. Called them back and i was then told my tractor was now delayed another 4 weeks. At the end of all of this we are now the end of May, i had not received no updates, no courtesy call and when i would call them, they seemed clueless on what i was talking about. Today i was told they had no tractors in apparently, Even after i was told by people i knew in the area , that they had seen two semis of tractors come in during the month of May. I hate to say it but I don't think they even ordered my tractor and was given the run around to shut me up! That is not good customer service when you wait patiently for almost 2 months with no updates other than " no sorry, no tractors have come in. Which tractor did you order again?" I lost out on two big money making projects trying to support a local company that didn't even remember my name or what I ordered the multiple times I called. Piece of advice, when you tell a customer you will call them back please call them back.

Locally owned and operated that's the best part. Friendly service and they fix hydraulic hoses for a great price and fast to if your in a bind due to a leaking hydraulic hose. ??????????

They are local but pricey, needed a tractor for at most 3 hours, going rate was $ 400/8hrs I assume. But we could have worked a deal. Which comes out to $50 an hour an ok figure, so why not charge me $50 an hour rather then pro-rating the day deal.
