Had a scheduled appointment I waited 2 weeks for. Called 1 hour before they were supposed to come while I was waiting for them to show up to say they weren't coming and weren't interested. Waste of my time and unprofessional

Saw a random piece I wanted in an image search, gave them a call and they very pleasantly made it happen. It was a very fragile piece of folk art that was shipped from New Mexico to Minnesota!!!!! It arrived perfectly!! Thank you!!

OMG this store has treasure! I've found an embroidered kimono that is lovely, a hippy purse with fringe ( leather) and a sequined shirt. There are also furniture and housewares, but the clothes are truly the treasure. I've stopped going to Dillards- this is my new place to go!
