Worse customer service ever! Poor communication skills. It’s fine to not know an answer and to try to find out but to just walk away not saying anything then appearing to help someone else then reappear with still no real answer only to disappear again.There were perhaps a handful of people in the store.Apparently, my business was not wanted nor needed.

This company is not impressive one bit. Purchased a Nespresso machine over a month ago with credit card points online and I still haven’t received it. It was supposed to be delivered September 13-15. Tracking now says it will be delivered October 3-5. I could have paid in cash at Target and picked it up the same day. Im baffled how Target has it in stock and WS doesn’t. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. This company is a joke. Do better Williams Sonoma!!

We were so very disappointed in the customer service. We received a defective item and when we tried to get it replaced, we not only had to make a return trip across town to take care of it in person, they expected us to pay shipping for the replacement! The in store staff was unprofessionally dressed, and the online staff were ineffective. Our first buying experience with Williams Sonoma will also be our last.

1/4/23 4pm. My sister, daughter and I went in to look around. Lots of lovely products, 3 of the most dismissive sales women I have ever seen. I was perusing Shun knife sets had some questions but these 3 could not even be bothered to greet us or come over. I was so put off by this rudeness that we left and they didn't even look up as we left. Bad, bad look for your brand at this store....by the way, the store was empty when we walked in, maybe your staff is part of the reason, these 3 were far more interested in talking with each other and looking at their phones than interacting in the slightest with us as the only customers in there.

Cool, unique, gotta have stuff - with the price tag to match. We'd like to outfit our kitchen with most of the stuff stocked within these walls.But it would take a small fortune. Now some of the edibles are wallet friendly and look and sound delicious. We've gotten some great ideas for meals here - along with sauces that go with them. We enjoy walking thru the aisles & displays drooling at the wares. Ah if $$$ was no object. If you've never been here be prepared for sticker shock - then enjoy your shopping trip.

We love Williams-Sonoma! We have several pieces of furniture from there in our house and will no-doubt have more in the future.The staff here are always polite and offer help. Highly recommend!!

Do not go to this Williams Sonoma! I needed some help with an order and they turned me away!! I guess customer service is lacking at this company and store!! I will never shop at this location or website ever again !!!!

Do not buy from this company or even this store !!! I purchased an order from this company and they never shipped any items. I have been trying to get a refund for the 240 dollars worth of merchandise but they are not processing it correctly ! I never got any items at all- they confirmed that they didn't ship anything but this company will not refund me! I reached out to this store but they also wouldn't help me at all - they said we can't help you so sorry ! This store and company's customer service is horrible !!! Do not buy anything from this company and store !!!! High prices no service at all!

Went into the Uptown Williams-Sonoma Store and read a sign that said soaps and lotions were "up to 40%" off. I went to two employees and asked what that meant. I asked if the item I was looking at was 40% off and if not what percentage off was it. Both of them verbally told me that, yes, the lotion I was looking at was 40% off. So after ringing me up I told them that the percentage off was less than what they said it would be; one of the ladies said well "that's why you should read the signs very carefully." I told her that I had read the sign carefully and that it was vague, which is why I went to the counter - for clarification, wanting to know what that particular product was on sale for. I have to say this is a classic 'bait and switch' because after receiving verbal validation what the price was going to be and then being rung up for a price that was more is something I wanted to share - Buyer Beware. Making signage vague is deceptive to the customer, especially if people can't calculate quickly in their head what it should be. I didn't not appreciate the smug comment and their lack in trying to rectify what they had promised. The woman at the counter couldn't even figure what the price should have been after calculating many times - VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Their prices are heavily inflated for the quality of kitchenware and I also noticed that some of the prices did not reflect what was on their website

Love the store ambiance but the staff is kind of random. Rude mixed with nice. One lady told me to stand in a distant spot said it was a line while the cashiers were ringing up other people pretty much ignoring the spot. Oh well I guess I will go to Amazon. No spot to stand in and be ignored.
