I feel confident shopping here because I don't need to worry about whether the brands are good for my kitties. Initially, I thought this place was a bit expensive, but after multiple visits, I prefer buying from such local shops with friendly staff. I highly recommend this shop for all your pet needs.

We love Simply Diego’s! We use their self service dog washing stations. The staff is very helpful, they have a great selection of dog treats and toys, and Diego himself is a great host. ?

I absolutely love this little pet store!!! I meant to write this a few weeks ago when I took my puppy to get a bath. The staff is awesome they are all so nice, it was my first time in and I didn't know that it's best to make appointments I guess especially on Wednesdays but they fit my puppy in and when she was done with her bath they gave her a couple treats and lots of love and my puppy got so happy again even though she had just been scared and upset about the bath they completely turned her mood around :) we got her a big bag of chicken necks for a great price and the other day when I went by to get some more I discovered they have big bully sticks for really good price! I had been getting them at PetSmart where they are expensive and really small so I will be shopping for all her treats at Simply Diego's from now on! Also got these adorable little knit cat toys stuffed with catnip for less than 3 bucks and my cats went crazy over their new toy <3 great little place to spoil your pets and surprisingly affordable!

Wow! I will now keep a standing date here to wash my 65 pound english bulldog! The hydraulic tub was a blessing! The lighting is great- I can see where he needs scrubbed. They had everything I needed! The hypoallergenic shampoo and anti itch are perfect for his sensitive skin! He didn't even mind the blow dryer! At some places it's so stressful' for him and me! This was laid back and everyone was so nice even giving me a review of where everything was as my first time there! So I almost don't want to review to keep this my very own secret! But highly recommended!

The DIY Dog Wash they offer a discount on Wednesdays. DO NOT go here their schedule is a mess and even with an appointment there's always a wait. Owner, Roberto, tried to discredit a friend's online review. I can attest to the fact that their dog wash schedule is a mess and always OFF SCHEDULE! (especially on Wednesdays). Owner is motivated by greed and not willing to fix the scheduling issues.

We live out of town. Actually, we're in another state. When we do come to Albuquerque it's with our dog and for an extended stay. Justice, our 128 lb Rottweiler, needs baths. They have a tub that rises and lowers so I don't have to break my back trying to get him in. Everything is there; soap of various sorts, conditioner, blow dryer, towels. I can't beat the price of $20. This is the place I come when I'm in town. The staff is forever friendly and helpful.

I've always heard wonderful things about this place and I am so glad that I finally made my way over! In April I adopted a rescue dog from the city and although she was so malnourished when we got her --she has proven to a be a little picky! Haha. Out of desperation I got her on some decent dog food but was really hoping to move her onto something more nutritious. Long story short, I've gotten to know Ty and Amabel from having to keep returning bags of dog food that she just wouldn't eat. They were always so encouraging and supportive! They also were able to compare ingredients from her old food and gave me some professional recommendations AND WE FINALLY FOUND A NEW BRAND SHE LOVES! If I had not gone in so head-strong the first few times thinking I knew exactly what she'd want I probably would have found her new food quicker. They were always ready to offer me any advice since the moment I stepped through the door. They never pressured me and they always helped me feel empowered in my choices. They are truly gems of humans and I can't wait until she become more acclimated to stores so I can bring her in one day so she can meet the people who are really making her life so much better. :') Thanks, Simply Diego's! THANK YOU AMABEL AND TY! YOU BOTH ARE AMAZING!

I absolutely love Simply Diego's staff! My GSD is very reactive. I get so embarrassed taking her in, but she needs her baths, and the staff are so receptive and understanding of her needs. Scheduling a DIY bath is so easy, the rates are more than fair, and they include all you need to get your pup squeaky clean! The water temp is always perfect, and the tubs are so user and dog friendly!

We are on the road and desperately needed to bathe our Springer with her medicated shampoo. With advice from our camp host we booked a time online with Simply Diego for the same day! Super easy. Very nice wash booth with a lift for customer comfort, nice gentle water nozzle and adjustable hair dryer. What a super experience! And the shop is so very well stocked that we could not resist picking up a new collapsible dish, leash, and special dog treats. Very kind and knowledgeable staff! Check this store out if you have a pet! You will be glad you did!

Just got done giving my big dog Alley a DIY bath at Simply Diego. It was wonderful!! Different shampoos & conditioners, scrub brushes, towels, bath that goes up or down so no hunching over and a big blow dryer!!! $20.00 ( for a big dog cheaper if little) It was well worth the money. Alley & I will be back! Thank you Simply Diego!

Employees are accommodating and helpful.Made me feel welcome from time I walked in the door. Helped fit a harness on my energetic dog. Dog bath time is always easy! I appreciate that they support our local animal rescue groups.
