“I found this place in an online search and was shocked to find I had driven by it hundreds of times. I will never go to a retail store again. They have everything. They know what they're doing, and they are patient with you when you don't. On my first visit, they double checked the order when they handed it to me. They found something they didn't like, took it back and had a new mat cut within 5 minutes. Highly recommend.”

“Such a different experience from my local Costco on Long Island, NY. This store seemed, by comparison, empty of customers, but full of products, and it was so easy to navigate around. In three visits there were NO waits at the checkout registers. A fabulous experience.”

“I have made this my primary refueling stop since moving from California to New Mexico and have saved several hundred dollars per year primarily because they have an 86 octane mix which still only has less than 10% ethanol which is sufficient for my RAV4 and keeps the engine running clean with perfectly adequate responsiveness. Credit goes to Costco for finding a sweet spot in the gas market.”

“Management is on top of this store. ??????
Clean, efficient, knowledgeable staff, and one man even took me right to the item I was looking for, so I bought three extra. ??
The checkout are mostly fully staffed with cash or card options, and the self checkouts are quick and easy to deal with (unlike Walmart or Sam's Club). They also have multiple staff at the customer service counter, and at the exits.
The produce, dairy, meats, salads, meals, especially the famous Costco chicken... are of high quality, great prices... and you don't have to worry about spoilage.
Plus... it says 8lbs 4oz... It's EXACTLY what it is.
Days earlier, I went to Walmart and also Sam's Club... and decided to weigh the packaged meats because the weight just didn't feel right. The meats were labeled 4lbs 6oz... it was actually 2lbs 4oz, almost the same "errors" as the other three items. This is consumer FRAUD.
So I let the checker taken them back. Then she said, sorry... but we don't do the pricing in the store. No, Walmart has their off-site dept of crooked thievery do it. Then they just drop it off to scam us.
This is shrinkflation... and it's illegal and outright consumer FRAUD. But yet, if you accidentally miss, or the machine didn't scan a 98 cent item... you're going to jail. Nice place huh...
So my thoughts?
You can't... NOT afford to go to Costco. Your getting what you're paying for, and you're not being cheated, accused of petty theft, or looked at like a petty thief. ??
And Costco... Hires the best people, and are there to help you!!! Why? To make your visit a good experience... SO YOU'LL KEEP COMING BACK. That's a real business ??????????”
“This station has adequate room for vehicles unlike most. Had to wait for only one vehicle to get a pump. They were dumping trash when we were there. Pumps and clean and worked adequately.”
“I absolutely love this company. The people are friendly and have been able to answer all of my questions. When I am in Albq, Thunderbird Supply is one of the first places I visit. They have a good selection of seed beads and quickly ship when I can't make it to Albq.”

“LOVE this Sams club location, conveniently located near Cottonwood Mall and Rio Rancho on the upper Westside. This location has the friendliest and most helpful staff! I am obsessed with the scan and go app! Makes life so much easier without the hassle of long lines and waiting! Also love the gas station with very reasonable gas prices and pleasant staff. My fave thing about Sams is the early hours that they offer to plus members, something the competition does not offer! It's never busy and breeze to shop! Plus, I have first access to all of the perishable markdowns!”

I was looking for a specific set of tires that were difficult to find due to their vehicle-specific nature. Jeffrey went above and beyond to contact the buyer for the tires that showed as being out of stock and called me back to let me know they would arrive in 5-7 days. He was extremely helpful and provided exceptional service.I also appreciate that Sam's Club Membership includes road hazard warranty & waste disposal, which are extra at other local tire resellers, saving close to $100/tire. “I always have a good experience here. I bought new tires here once. I didn’t even know that the services like rotation and balancing and what-not were free. I can do my shopping while they service my tires. The service is fast and friendly. I love Costco.”
“When I need to purchase paper towels, toilet paper or other items I need to get a good deal as bulk I know I can trust that Sam club will have it. Customer service is lacking but it can always be improved. The store for the most part is clean. Safety hazards are always in use when they moving merchandise. There is this nice older man that wears glasses and is often bringing in the carts. I would say that cart attendant demonstrates the best exceptional customer service and always makes you feel welcoming. He does it with so much grace and when I was injured of my wrist he even made him self more available and helped me load my items into my car.”

“I love this particular store. It's not nearly as busy as most of the Costco stores making it easier to get in and out of. The products at Costco are always top shelf. The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes there may be unhelpful employees. I had a negative experience on a couple occasions in self checkout, which is why I try to avoid self checkout, but otherwise I highly recommend this store.”
“This is our favorite costco to go to. Today they were very busy but I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time even though it is near christmas. If you need bulk items you can always find a good deal here. They have a pretty good selection of vegetables as well as meats and dairy products. When we were here a few days ago I forgot to pick up eggnog. Today when looking for it they were sold out for this season. I asked an employee just to be sure and he said they were out.”
“The main complaint about this location is their cafe. The pizza was undercooked and somewhat tasteless. I ordered a salted pretzel, but it arrived cold and unsalted. I'm not sure if the app doesn't translate orders to their system correctly or what.”
