It's just so over-priced for just okay quality. It's fish counter is very accommodating with super friendly staff; meats are so expensive I couldn't justify spending so much. In all pretty big turnoff.

I just wanted to give you a big thank you. Thank you, thank you!! I've been in Utah for the past 3 years and every single time I went to a whole foods on Friday for buck a shuck they would never shuck them. Super frustrating. Also all of your staff and I mean everybody. There has been super friendly and kind. I forgot how people in New Mexico can be.

Always has a good amount of quality stock for a decent price. The workers are always friendly and give good advice when asked and also know where everything is stocked. It's also quick with returns from Amazon and I've never had an issue. Keep up the good work!

Good place usually for good food products and specialties, but you are going to pay dearly for it. And believe me, things here are not that special . everything is over rated and over priced and the fellow customers are snobs and go about store with no consideration for others..I use to shop here all the time, but the last time I went it was disappointing, deli Empty, bakery empty, and what happened to that good bread they use to have? So I avoided the circus of and went elsewhere..

Overall, my concerns are with the customers more so than the store. As well, we went the day before Thanksgiving so what can you expect, I just don't think the store is laid out intelligently at all for how busy it is and can become. Make sure you're going on a fairly decent day when you're not already at the end of your rope.

No should support this establishment. They forced me to leave because I had service dogs. I asked the manager if he knew the law he stated “yes, I can asked you 2 questions” I told to do his job. But never asked me about the the c service the c animals provided. So we left. Go to Walmart instead their policies are actually supporting for service dogs and their owners.

It was nice. The bakery was great. Was surprised to see that one can get soup. Really liked that.

Today was my 2nd time visiting the store and I have to say I was even less impressed than the 1st one. I went to the Salad/ Hot bar to see if there was anything I might feel like trying. My first thought when I saw the choices was to walk aright back out. The choices were meager at best, but I was starving and decided to give it another try. At he hot bar I decided to try the baked chicken thighs, some mac and cheese and a bow tie salad with mushrooms. The verdict? $17.03 later for the hot bar meal? I was not impressed. The chicken had been out too long. Not completely dry, but well on it's way. The mac n cheese? Could have done better with a box of Kraft. It tasted powdered, if that makes sense. Maybe it was good when it first came out but I was there at 12:40 pm. Lunch rush, and it just seemed so neglected. The bow tie salad was good, I enjoyed that and I also picked up some green beans with pepper and sea salt in a different section and it was tasty. Also picked up a sourdough bread and a baguette. Both were very good. But that hot bar has been a major disappointment twice. For the price of $11.99 a Lb, it's not a good bang for the buck. I don't mind paying a good price for value, but this was far from any value for the cost. One more item. The lobster bisque soup? Not worth the $6.99 that I paid for it. Overall I like Whole Foods for some things, but if your going to charge a premium price then I expect a premium product. Two starts out of five only because of the bread.

The employees at this location are rude and could care less about customer service. Walked to the supplement isle and immediately was asked if I was finding everything I needed. I literally just got to the isle. When I said I just got here, she said, oh well I see you have stuff in your basket so you have been shopping. OMG, just don't say anything if you are going be rude. It is like search out a customer and be a jerk....really?It is not fun to spend loads of cash and be treated like that. Let me look and if I need help I can ask.I have a question. Whose idea was it to put the Amazon Lockers right in the Exit/Entrance so when the doors open they hit people? Plus the flower area is there so no place to move around at all. How about you move the lockers and Amazon returns to where the bar is, on the south end of the store, there is more than enough room there. That way the Amazon kid who checks in and picks up doesn't stand in the way, blocking everyone while he loads all the lockers and parks right in the middle of the cross walk, also blocking traffic.

The employees were attentive and helpful. I immediately had a sense of positivity, and felt uplifted in the brightly lit, well organized shopping area. The environment was pleasing to the eyes. The Service counter employees were helpful with a Amazon return.

I tied to order a fruit tart for a birthday. It cannot be ordered online or in-the-store. Bakery said, "Fruit tarts are on a first come, first serve basis--no exceptions."I injured my right knee (meniscus), wear a brace and use a cane. My son fell and uses crutches due to an injury of his left ankle. I cannot drive, but my son can drive because his right leg is okay. Yes, he can drive to Whole Foods. We can hobble into the store but WE CANNOT CARRY a Birthday Tart out of the store. We are temporaily disabled. Whole Foods will not let an employee pick up the boxed tart and carry it to our car. Our friends will help us when we get to the party but Whole Foods won't lift a finger.Unfair, cruel policy...what happened to you Whole Foods?

I really like this store. Healthy organics, non/GMO option are abundant. My only complaint is that items I would expect to be common, i.e., 365 Cola and Zero Calorie Cola are often out of stock and store staff don't seem to know why it when new shipments are coming.
