“I took my car into Keith's Alignment based on all of the glowing Google reviews. I want to start by confirming Keith's is the best alignment shop in Albuquerque. I only get my car aligned about every 10 years, and seeing as how alignment affects vehicle tracking and tire wear, I want the job done correctly. Keith and his team have been doing this type of work for a long time, and they know what they are doing. Keith was very friendly, and he took the time to look over all the tires and the steering and suspension components. I had already been under the car, and everything looked good to me. Keith confirmed the components were in good shape, and only needed to make a few adjustments. He diagnosed the true problem to be worn out tires. I also knew the tires were near end of life, but Keith has convinced me the problem is far more urgent. Looks like I'll be getting new tires for Christmas. Keith's shop charges extremely fair prices. You'll pay about the same at Keith's as you would anywhere else. The difference is you'll receive the absolute best care at Keith's. You should definitely take your car to Keith's for alignment. Just be aware you must call and schedule your appointment right away, because Keith's shop is completely full all of the time. It may take a week before Keith can see you. Yes, I know that sucks, but just get on the schedule and wait your turn. Don't trust this critical vehicle service to anyone else. And no, I don't normally bother to leave Google reviews, but it's important to know where to go in Albuquerque for the best products and services.”

“Thought I had written a review and noticed I didn't after writing another one. I moved to Albuquerque a few years ago and absolutely hate taking a vehicle to a new mechanic because of issues in the past I've had for poor quality work. Let me tell you, I've taken my truck twice to these guys at Baca, there isn't a more friendly and informative mechanic out there. They are in a crunch with all the work they get and was still able to make a deadline of getting out of town at the end of the week. Highly recommend them and the prices of work are very reasonable.”

“Dominick and Caleb, from this store location, showed excellent active listening skills, they provided us with resources, and feedback along with additional sales support for our wheels, we decided to order at the last minute.
The store was super busy, yet the staff still managed to go above and beyond to help make sure our needs for our car were met.
Also, although we did not catch, the young man's named that installed our wheels and rims, we appreciated him too. We asked him some questions about our tire senors and, he even took the time to check on them. He also loaded up our old wheels, because we requested to keep them.
Truly a nice experience and a nice group of associates here.

I just thought you put one color on the whole car, but the experts that they are, assured me you need to have another color (especially on my type of car) to really make it work. And it does!! “Got a flat and the tread was super low so we decided to replace all 4 tires. We purchased tires from another store but they had to ship them and couldn’t install them for at least 10 days. Then my cat needed an emergency vet visit 26 miles away and I wasn’t comfortable driving on the spare. I called Discount this morning at 9am and spoke with Emanuel to see if I could get a used tire to hold us over. Instead he made it clear that he would bend over backwards to help us! He upgraded all four tires and price matched the other store (even went slightly below their price) and had my vehicle out the door in less than 40 minutes after I arrived. We were able to get our kitty to the vet and didn’t have to worry about the spare tire. I am so and grateful for his willingness to help us in such a rush. Seriously so impressed! “I like to go to this place and use them for terr heir free air check. I have the young little student worker mechanic guy in uniform service my tire needs . He walks around a fills each tire up with air. Then he tells me when I am good to go. It's a good idea to check your tires and keep them inflated properly to avoid having a blowout. “I was in the middle of an unexpected road trip and got a flat tire. They offered to fix it and also pointed out that two of my tires were in the yellow and the other two were almost at yellow indicator. The employees did not use any pushy sales tactics but did emphasize safety. Initially I declined, but after contemplating I opted to purchase them.
A big thank you to the employee who emphasized safety and traction. About 2 days later while I was traveling between cities a huge rain storm hit. I was so thankful to have them new tires on my car. I was able to make it home safe to my family.

“Custom alloy rim was damaged from a tire blowout and the shop said to bring it in for inspection and repair. 2 hours later, the alloy rim was repaired and reinstalled back on car. Great work by the shop. Helped me avoid buying new set of rims. Highly recommended.”
