“I took my car into Keith's Alignment based on all of the glowing Google reviews. I want to start by confirming Keith's is the best alignment shop in Albuquerque. I only get my car aligned about every 10 years, and seeing as how alignment affects vehicle tracking and tire wear, I want the job done correctly. Keith and his team have been doing this type of work for a long time, and they know what they are doing. Keith was very friendly, and he took the time to look over all the tires and the steering and suspension components. I had already been under the car, and everything looked good to me. Keith confirmed the components were in good shape, and only needed to make a few adjustments. He diagnosed the true problem to be worn out tires. I also knew the tires were near end of life, but Keith has convinced me the problem is far more urgent. Looks like I'll be getting new tires for Christmas. Keith's shop charges extremely fair prices. You'll pay about the same at Keith's as you would anywhere else. The difference is you'll receive the absolute best care at Keith's. You should definitely take your car to Keith's for alignment. Just be aware you must call and schedule your appointment right away, because Keith's shop is completely full all of the time. It may take a week before Keith can see you. Yes, I know that sucks, but just get on the schedule and wait your turn. Don't trust this critical vehicle service to anyone else. And no, I don't normally bother to leave Google reviews, but it's important to know where to go in Albuquerque for the best products and services.”

“Thought I had written a review and noticed I didn't after writing another one. I moved to Albuquerque a few years ago and absolutely hate taking a vehicle to a new mechanic because of issues in the past I've had for poor quality work. Let me tell you, I've taken my truck twice to these guys at Baca, there isn't a more friendly and informative mechanic out there. They are in a crunch with all the work they get and was still able to make a deadline of getting out of town at the end of the week. Highly recommend them and the prices of work are very reasonable.”

“Bought two new tires on a Thursday before a trip and asked them to check a tire that I wasn't replacing that kept loosing air. They initially said nothing was wrong with tire and replaced valve. I wasn't completely happy leaving and service could have been better. I drove home and tire went back to having low pressure. Returned back the following Tuesday and expressed my concerns again and they agreed to replace tire since I had a warranty and just pay the fee. The second trip back could have been avoided but I was overall pleased with the service the second time. Nathanial and Christopher were nice.”

“I was in the middle of an unexpected road trip and got a flat tire. They offered to fix it and also pointed out that two of my tires were in the yellow and the other two were almost at yellow indicator. The employees did not use any pushy sales tactics but did emphasize safety. Initially I declined, but after contemplating I opted to purchase them.

A big thank you to the employee who emphasized safety and traction. About 2 days later while I was traveling between cities a huge rain storm hit. I was so thankful to have them new tires on my car. I was able to make it home safe to my family.

*Original review: I made an appointment for a new tire/wheel consultation and was assisted by Vincent Lucero. It was confirmed that two of my tires were in pretty bad shape, so I decided to replace all 4 tires. I was on the fence between choosing Yokohama (which I already had) or paying a little more for Continental. Mr. Lucero said he would look into searching for any present discounts/specials, but he said he came across none. I ended up going with the Continental, as they have a longer warranty, and I also decided to pay extra for the Road Hazard Assistance. However, when I was waiting, I decided to look on their website and in large font at the top of the screen was an ad for $80 instant savings off a set of Yokohama tires, which was also expiring today. I immediately brought it up to Mr. Lucero's attention, as I wanted to switch to Yokohama to save money. I'm only giving 3 stars because I was disappointed in the misinformation, or lack thereof, Mr. Lucero extended to me upon his "search." He also mumbled quite a bit and was difficult to understand at times. I'm also giving 3 stars instead of less because he made an effort to speak with a technician to switch out the tires, and because the last set of Yokohama's already sold, he received approval to give me the $80 discount on the Continentals. It's simply unfortunate I had to find it myself, especially as a first time customer who was paying over $1000 for new tires, etc. It's challenging enough as a female to not feel like you're being taken advantage of when it comes to vehicle maintenance, and I hope Mr. Lucero learns from this experience.”
