Took many phone calls over 3 days to resolve a simple issue. Most calls went unanswered. Sabrina was helpful, other banker was dismissive and made rude and sarcastic comments. Very negative experience over what should have been a quick resolution.

Had an issue this morning, was following up with the branch manager this afternoon, apparently 16 calls later and no one can actually pick up the phone. Would love someone to get in touch, not a reply to this review saying to send an email for this to get reviewed.

For 3 days I've been trying to clear an old account, but with no luck at other branches. I called this branch this morning and THE BEST person EVER helped me out. Thank you Sabrina for being such a wonderful and caring person! You're my life saver and I appreciate everything! Also I'd like to thank Heather the teller at the window for helping me as well. Both Sabrina and Heather are amazing employees! ? ?
This will be the branch I will always visit. There are 2 branches closer to where I live, but I will always go out of my way to go to this branch!

The manager at this location is very rude I can see why people don't last there I have had multiple problems with her and I will not be making deposits at that location I will go to a different one. There are some very good staff members there though it's just the manager

I'm not the person who doesn't want to bad reviews to any businesses unless it's very bad. Why this location is not my favorite branch?
Fist, teller is not regular who welcome the customers with smiles instead new faces every week who doesn't seems like have a professional skills. Very slow transactions, etc. I rather go Indian school and Eubank.

I'm going to be moving my accounts elsewhere. This branch always puts holds on my payroll checks from a federal entity. It's annoying and unnecessary. I'm 13 years with Wells Fargo, never negative, and enough money to cover if something happened. This makes no sense. This is when I go inside as well. What a way to chase your customers away. Other branches I have no problem with. But this Montgomery location is the worst.

I wish I could give this place a subzero rating. Not only do they not have a clue of any of their services beyond general cashier information - they always have to call someone else - their manager is the nastiest person on the planet!

I had to cash a check and they charge a ridiculous fee. I asked why they set the fees twice as high as most places they said they don’t my company chooses to give me the fee. I said Wells Fargo sets the fees not the company. If it wasn’t for them charging outrageous prices the company wouldn’t be forced to pass that on to me. Alicia said thats not Wells Fargo fault and proceeded to argue then the manager tried taking me into opening an account. I said I wouldn’t when they charge outrageous fees. I went today to make my weekly deposit through the drive through, like I usually do. Today though the teller told me Happy Birthday before even asking me about witch account it was going into.. She absolutely made my day.. I forgot her name.. Thank you again Beautiful...
