Was inside long time waiting. When asking for restroom was denied. Had to open car doors in parking lot to hide using outside. Went back in to complete business. Other employees than the manager that denied use said they always allow customers use of bathroom. Lady who refused said she was the manager and what she said goes.

I was just turned away to do a wire at this location. I have never been treated so poorly in all my years at Wells Fargo. Thanks “Cat”.

I was immediately greeted upon walking in. Two tellers rapidly offered to assist me at the same time. I was a walk-in, no appt, and was able to get my affairs in order without being treated like I was a bother. The banker answered all my questions, and everything was handled quicker than I expected. No complaints on my end. I certify that I am not acquainted with anybody at this location.

Worst BANK EVER! Fraudulent individuals! I should have left Wells Fargo years ago when they were opening up credit cards in their customers name without their knowledge!This bank is the worst kind of predator. They take advantage of their customers! Loyal customers at that.Run!!!!

worst customer services, is always the same with this branch, from Celeste to the manager, the only sometimes I went there because is close to my work, but for now I will go to San Mateo, they never dispoint me.

Amazing,I got a deposit done in under a minute. With prior banks it is always such a hassle but they have made it convenient and I have never had a loss of money at this bank.

I couldn't get a temp card and wasted my time. Front door locked only drive through. Way to keep it lazy. I have no idea why I stayed with wells fargo this long.. I'll be changing soon. 9 years doesn't mean a anything to a bank.

Wells Fargo is the worst bank ever. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. Impossible to get anything simple done without a complete hassle. their system has automatically put a verbal password on my account several times, and I've had to go into a branch to show my id, and passport to a representative who cannot actually do anything, i have to call in, go thru an automated garbage system that is equally unhelpful, and hand MY phone over to that actual representative to try to fix a broken system, that makes it extremely hard to use their bank. This has costed me HOURS, and at this point DAYS of my time in order to use a banking system that ultimately costs wayy to much in fees to deal with so they can hold my Money, and be extremely unhelpful. The next time I walk in to their bank to try to resolve this issue again, I'm closing my account. SO SICK OF WELLS FARGO!

After having an account over several years I have to say I'm not a fan of Wells Fargo in general as there were frequent errors made to my account on multiple occasions. Cycle would go as follows:review my account- find new problem-contact Wells Fargo-go back and forth with employees and phone calls with transfers and LOOONG periods of being on hold (30-45 minutes at times)-hours go by of this- FINALLY talk to someone who I think can help-get disappointed as they can't help and don't have an answer-get frustrated-drive to a branch-speak with a banker in person- after some back and forth and pointing out errors, bank manager apologizes and proceeds to solve error made to my account (i.e cancel services I never agreed to in the first place, put money back into my account that was taken out in "error", payroll check released to my account, the list goes on and on......) Anyway, I put up with this for years longer than I should have but the final cherry on top was dealing with extremely rude employees at THIS location only. Never had a problem at other branches. Just the pure arrogance and arrgumentative behavior from these unprofessional employees was the final straw.I no longer bank with Wells Fargo as I happily have an account with a local credit union. Haven't had a single issue.

I called Wells Fargo today to see if they could provide help in this crazy time with my credit card bill. I know that Wells Fargo has received a lot of criticism in the past couple of years, but they really went above and beyond what I was expecting to help me out and to give me a bit of financial relief. I won't go into the details, but I'm extremely pleased about the service that I received.

Not talking about one specific location talking about Wells Fargo bank as an entire whole. Worst experience I have ever experienced within the last 2 years. Money is always missing somehow when I have screenshots of my balance and next day I’m cents off and they tell me that it is not possible. I have proof of an ending balance with all transactIons posted!!! The bank will steal your money say they understand but not do anything. 0.88 cents missing from my account wonder how many other customers in the world are missing 0.50 cents or more... it ends up adding up eventually to make that fortune—don’t be stupid!
