Needed a banker for a specific service. Josh helped me. I'm super impressed with this branch, and all the staff I met. They Explained the process, gave me the documents, and I was quickly helped. Thanks. I'll be back again.

My info was taken I was told to wait for a banker. Then over 30 mins later I was told they couldn't help me and I'd need to go to another branch because they had appointments (the place was pretty empty and the one banker was giving a lengthy lesson in using a debit card) why have me wait if you have appointments. Unprofessional and uncaring. The feedback for this branch is no surprise.

I would not have been treated this way if I was not African American. Jalum and his female manager was beyond unhelpful and refused to give a reason why. If I could give 0 stars I would don’t go this this branch. Makes sense that they have such a low rating.

Had a very pleasant experience with Irene today. She helped solve an issue I had at the ATM, and even took time to make a phone call on my behalf to clarify some confusion I had about account services. I was very satisfied with my experience today. Thanks Irene!

I have to say wells Fargo in a whole is a great bank???, their customer service is outstanding and they always make you feel confident and comfortable with your money being in good hands. Jaelum specifically is a great Employee, always respectful and very professional. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just left from drive through, had to make a payment and the women with blonde hair was rude, the machine cut out every other word she said I told her I’m sorry you cut out I couldn’t hear you. She “tried” again but then immediately through an attitude and told someone else to help me she muted her self but I can see her facial expression the women she told to help was nice and professional, I understand having a bad day but be professional.

We were waiting to open a new account. Banker told us to wait and take a set. Waited over an hour for another worker to talk to the banker, then walkup to us to tell us that the banker said he told us he was booked all day and wasn't going to be able to have us for the entire day. The banker spent roughly like 20 minutes actually doing work and the other 40+ was just random conversations, No wonder why their appointments are booked one and a half houds apart.

We had recently made some new additional accounts online and the bank required some signatures from us. Not sure how the bank delegates this but we were contacted by this branch to come in to sign the papers. We had never been to this branch, and I have had multiple subpar experiences at other locations so we expected the same.Our experience was the best banking experience we have had in a long time. We worked with both the manager Irene and banker Mike J. Jr. They made us feel so welcomed, and took care of not only what we came in for but helped with other aspects of our accounts we wanted to change as well. It was efficient and they treated us like people, not a chore. Very pleased, our new go to branch for sure.

My mom had a bit of a scare with a telephone scam regarding her bank account. She didn’t have an appointment and walked in to the 1800 address location. Mike Jordan met with her and eased her mind. Mike was very professional, courteous and took time to assure her that her account was not in jeopardy. Thank you Mike for all your help.

absolutely horrendous customer service, my mom wanted to reactivate her dormant account and the tellers make it feel like helping you is a chore. they are so rude and they dont even try to hide it. they will joke around with each other sure but when a customer needs help? they are incredibly rude. this is the first and last time we will go to this location.

I've been to many Wells Fargo locations. I've come to know and appreciate the friendly customer service however this location is the complete opposite. Every time I go I'm left feeling like an inconvenience. The workers roll their eyes, sass, and do everything they can to show they hate their jobs. I now avoid coming here at all costs.

I have been banking with WF since 2006. This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've been inside a few times and am not greeted, even with a smile. Most of the tellers are rude, making faces and comments. They don't answer their phone so you can't call and speak to a manager. I would close my account due to their lack of customer service but this has been the only location where I have experienced such disrespect.

Terrible service here multiple times. I needed a notary for Wellsfargo check. The teller told me the only person that could do it was leaving in 15 minutes and didn’t have time to stamp it smh. They always have a bad attitude like they don’t want to be there. Closing all my accounts with them including my business account. Take your money elsewhere.
