Terrible bank. The wait is long. Their management sucks. They are understaffed. Most of all their customer service is the worst. They expect you to wait over 10 minutes and refuse to let you use the restrooms. I find it insulting that you pay the staff's salary just to get treated like underlings. Despicable.

I think this is the worst customer service I bank with bank tellers, no kidding, they told me to go to ATM withdraw my cash instead of freaking transfer the money instead.. I would honestly close my wellsfargo and bank with chase instead. Please be more professional as bank tellers. I did get my money from ATM.

I am superrrrr annoyed!!! Been waiting in line for the past 40 minutes and the tellers are moving slow and just super horrible experience. The teller that’s helped me was nice but just need to do better on the timing
