I don't bank at this institution but had a Wells Fargo check with my and my deceased husbands name. My bank wouldn't cash it. I met with Jazmine, at the 4th Street location, and she stayed on the phone for 20 minutes just getting permission to be able to get this check cashed. She was patient and so kind.
