Had a very good and welcoming experience here yesterday with the bank manager, Jon Lillywhite. Gave me a bottled water, sat with me and gave me a significant amount of time, explaining my options, but got me in and out within 30 minutes as well so that I could get on with my day. I have just moved to Albuquerque, and I was really delighted with the service and quality of this branch.

This is a very sad branch. When you walk on there are no bankers. The place is lifeless with no staff other than 2 tellers. If you have any banking needs, good luck because they'll force you to make and appointment a week ahead of time to do anything meaningful. Again, real sad state of affairs here and shocking that a "major" bank title is on this building.

I use to go to the one on Wyoming and Paseo, but we moved closer to this location so I started using them. All my deposits were always coming up short. I count my deposits by hand, but they trusted the machine to count accurately. So they told me to start going in the lobby. I never went in the lobby on Wyoming Blvd. So I decided to go the extra distance to 4th Street, and guess what? I'm coming out accurate again. This location is robbing people, and not very nice.

SLOWEST BANK IN ALBUQUERQUE. I can see five people just standing around while there are seven people in line. The manager is just standing around in the back.

Today I walked in to this location to cashed a check and this person named Frank was very rude and unprofessional he threw my documents and yelled at me in a disgusting manner I wouldn’t definitely open an account or recommend it to anyone to go in there with a person like that

Came in to get a document notarized, walked in no line. Waited for a banker for a few minutes then Kateri called us over. We stood at her desk while she filled out book, very little to no conversation. She made us feel like we were bothering her, rushed and no value at all. Being NICE and helpful to customers is your job, remember what you’re there for. The customer!

Went in twice to get a document notarized and both times I was told it was a hour an a half wait time. A hour and a half to complete a 15 minute at the most notary. Ridiculous wait times for an empty bank lobby. Only one staff to do it.
