After waiting behind 4 cars, I made it to the drive thru window. In asking to exchange a torn $20 bill, I was told that I needed to come into the lobby. After waiting behind a lengthly line, I was told that this bank did not offer that service.

Wells Fargo at 6000 menaul in albuquerqe nm needs real China to come in the window where there checking the drive threw is OK- but they need to make more money we need to just sign up accounts and an override code that China overrides - this bank location is so good and I love it how it use to be I have very valuable of candace bridal collectable money when my heaven company was doing well and company - you should have just open my account again you would have been billionairs love king geoge Buda and his daughter cage and gog and maygog - Russia and China switeoff ?

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! i went in to the branch due to I couldnt access my account. All they cared about was if I wanted to make a deposit or withdrawl. And I told the idiots numerous times that I couldn't access My online account. In addition, they dress like SLOBS! very poor customer service!

Worst experience I have ever had going into a bank I went into the bank to pay me wife’s car an the teller acted as I was a thief or better then me treated me like dirt but treated the guy in front of me so much better maybe my skin color or I’m dirty from work what ever the case is very unpleasant i will be paying online from here on out avoided this place at all cost the teller should be fired doesn’t value customer service at all wish I got her name so management can site her for her poor communication an customer service makes me sick how she acted I’m a paying customer definitely will be paying this loan off asap never again will I use Wells fargo

Horrible horrible customer service. The bank teller was extremely rude and unpleasant. Treated me like Ia criminal . I simply asked her to change my address since I recently moved , she did not even ask for my identification or ATM Card. Her response "" I need a proof of your new address, some bill in your name or call customer service "" or else I will not do it. I explained to her that I normally do all my banking and transactions online but was having difficulty making any changes online and already called customer service who encouraged me to go to the nearest banking center. I have been with wellsfargo over 20 years in Texad and never encountered this hostile experience . I went to another location on Carlisle same day and the teller was very pleasant and changed my address without me showing her her bill or lease agreement . Would this not constitutes a good example of Racial profiling ?... I may need counseling after this horrible experience.

I was disappointed with this location the customer service here is awful...I took my 18 year old daughter in to open up a new account. We got inline and a lady was walking by I asked politely if we are to stand in line to open a new account or if there was a sign in place. She then said do you have an appointment I told her no she said you need an appointment if not then we can't help you. She then said but I will ask so she went into the office and there was two other ladies in there just talking and laughing. We waited for about 10 minutes she comes back out and she told us I will help you just this time don't let it happen again I'll let it slide. I thought that was kind of rude... Talking in a rude manner. We are not from Albuquerque we drove 2 hours to the city to do business there and we get treated like this with a rude manner. She helped us opened and account she then notice that I took one of her cards after that she was being nice. This place needs to do customer service training really honestly. If you are nice and helpful then people come back. The lady that I talked to that was rude is Sarah Greer ID#2258336. Like why would you say "don't let it happen again"....I'm sure she wouldn't let someone talk to her like that. If you don't have customer skills then you need to clean restrooms in there you don't talk with customers really. ????? Thumbs down for this location.

Horrible customer service with this bank. I suggest that you don’t sign up for account with this bank. Every time we go into the branch location off but no and some Pedro they always have a reason on why they can’t do something for me. It’s never here let me help you do this or what can I help you with it always I can't do it schedule an appointment. Been with them for a few years now and I’m considering closing it out because of the horrible customer service in the rude and

I have been banking for years. Despite all the bad things everyone has ever said I have stayed loyal. I’ve never had a problem with Wells Fargo at all. I will say in the last couple years this location is very short staffed, almost impossible to get to my safe deposit box and most of them are rude! It might be coming to an end for me.

Long lines short staffed and rude.I skipped this bank and drive 15 extra miles to Tijeras where they're very polite and fast .One woman can work three windows there .

The best Wells Fargo branch location that I’ve been to in Albuquerque. Friendly staff and not too busy. Other locations tend to come across somewhat abrasive, but I’ve never had any issues here.
