I went to withdraw money from my card at the ATM $ 50.00 is the amount I wadls informed it would be $3.50 atm fee but when i got home I checked mu acckount anf the bank charged me $6.50 for the atm fee not cool somebody needs to refund my money

Friendly, courteous and genuinely caring. A special acknowledgement of admiration to security guard (Chip) who assisted a homeless person who was seated on the sidewalk just outside the entrance of Wells Fargo. Chip went out of his was to ensure that person was cared for. He brought to the person bottled waters and too gave a nice bag to carry the items he had scattered over and around him. Chip showed compassion and care. I work nearby and our offices too are included in ABQ's "War Zone". "Whatsoever you do to the least of my brothers, you do onto me." Be kind and courteous to everyone.....our city and the world needs that more than ever!

I was at the drive up today. My name is terry and I wanted to comment on your drive up teller. She was wonderful. She paid attention to what I needed and acknowledge me at all times good customer service Wells Fargo’s has had poor customer service lately and I think this is a fine example of how you can get the customers back to the bank. I'm changing banks soon because you put blax in one of your commercials. I don't use any company that puts them in their advertising. I'll go to a local credit union who isn't being told by tv stations that they're obligated to have blax in every commercial

Ok for a bank. They charge a fee to cash checks drawn on this bank if you don't have an account. The whole thing sounds fishy especially since your only interested in my info.

Originally decided to join Wells Fargo because of the convenience to my work and to my home. Most of the services I use is the ATM. However the ATM seems to be down a good part of the time at different locations. It’s like a crapshoot to see if the ATM is going to be open at the location you decide to use. I am I paying all these fees for if not for service? It’s getting to the point where I’m getting ready to switch to a bank that might be a little bit further but more reliable. Get it together Wells Fargo.
