Absolutely the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Walked in to open an account (and bring my business and money from another bank) and am told I have to make an appointment and there’s no banker in the branch to help. The first available appointment online is for 6 days in the future. I call the corporate number to file a complaint and am alerted that there is a banker. I ask for the manager, Mike Sedillo and he then confirms that the banker CRISTINA JAMES was present but is now leaving. This entire process took me an hour, meaning she could have helped me but stood around laughing with coworkers and they all lied a banker was not present. There were 5 employees there, no other customers and they all stood around staring at me like I was making some crazy request by asking to open an account which takes minutes. My dad is a high value customer of Wells Fargo for 30 years and we are moving our money out of this bank! I have had nothing but negative interactions with Cristina James and I filed multiple complaints with corporate about her terrible customer service and her behavior towards clients. I am so shocked at how they treat customers who are coming to move their money to the corporation who employs them. I hope something is done at this branch and they clean house. I live a block from this branch so it would be convenient but I will be taking my money and business elsewhere on principle. Beware if you go to this location.Edited to add: Took my business to BofA and had an excellent customer service experience. I was depositing a large check and they offered I meet with a financial advisor even though it was 4:45pm and they closed at 5. That’s how it’s done. The manager was dressed in a suit and acted very professionally (what you’d expect at any banking facility) which was a far cry from the manager at Wells Fargo who was wearing mesh boat shoes and a t shirt. Take it from me, avoid this business if you can!

No drive thru. Associate said they air down there drive thru due to not enough people using it. However had to go inside.

I am a frequent customer at the Well Fargo Central branch and the people here are always courteous, helpful and friendly. So why the 3 stars and not 5? Wells Fargo as a corporation does not act as a fiduciary toward clients. Their savings account interest rate is 1/4 of what I get elsewhere. I could go in and spend an hour talking to a banker and get a better rate, which I've done in the past, but why do I need to do this??? Plus the next time the rates drop they will drop mine to minimums again, like 0.01%. In addition, a few years ago they tricked my 90 year old mother into a credit card and investment schemes that did not go well. The corporate misconduct of Wells Fargo is well documented and shameful, but unfortunately not unlike a lot of big banks and investment firms these days. You can trust your money and valuables at this branch and receive good and friendly service, but have nothing to do with Wells Fargo corporate gimmicks, credit cards, and find far better interest rates for savings accounts somewhere else. And don't even get me started on Wells Fargo Advisors, what complete aholes.

Walked in to add a person to my account. Very simple procedure. Had to schedule appointment for 3 hours ahead. Only one banker available. Computers down. Arrived 20 minutes early. Its 10 after still waiting. Did not want to spend half day of my vacation which i get once a year. Horrible slow service. Wells fargo getting too big to provide decent service.

Do not use the drive up ATM at this location. I deposited cash in it this morning and it stole 200 dollars (didn't post to account, didn't give it back). It frequently doesn't accept bills but this is the first time it didn't accept a bill and didn't give it back.Update: I got my money back after about a week, so I'm adding a star. Glad to get it back but that is too long. For some reason, the bank connected to this ATM has nothing to do with running the ATM. So instead of someone in the building coming out and checking, someone else from someplace else has to come and do it. Strange way to organize running of the ATM that is not conducive to customer service.Update to the update: Removing that one star because Wells Fargo completed the theft of my 200 dollars, subtracting the 200 dollar credit and stating that "account was credited correctly for $0.00 in checks". This is true, I didn't deposit any checks, rather my deposit was entirely in cash and at no point did I mention checks. Ridiculous. My guess is that the ATM decided to spit the money out after I left and someone else just took it. So bottom line, do not use this ATM.

I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so with this branch; we had fraud on our business account, and I was told I would have to go in to this branch to get the account closed and have a new one opened.I begrudgingly went down there, expecting a long wait and likely having to spend hours getting this situation handled, but I could NOT have been more wrong. I was able to easily find parking, I was greeted by staff, and promptly seen by "Maria", who made the entire experience SO EASY and painless, I was somewhat shocked I was at a bank.Maria took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and I was in and out in under a half hour! I cannot stress enough how hassle free and easy she made the process! She was very sympathetic to our situation, and went above and beyond to help us. Even after leaving, I had a few questions and needed additional assistance, and contacting her and having action taken on our behalf has been a snap. Five stars all day!Employees like Maria will keep us as loyal WF customers for years to come. Wells Fargo, if you're reading this: Maria deserves a raise and commendations! Please ensure you thank her properly for being such an incredible employee!

The WellsFargo women here are rude and awful, they don’t help with anything at all. Even you call and got an issue no one can explain anything properly. I’m unsure who I spoke with here at the branch with her hair tied back today but she was no help and was rude. If she was helpful in explaining I don’t think she would’ve had an upset customer.

I use this bank because it's the one my work's account is at. The tellers in the drive through are always so friendly and quick with my transactions. On a rare occasion, when trying to call in a change order the number will either be busy or no one answers at the drive through, but i just call the main lobby's number and whomever answers, immediately mind, will take my change order and get it to the drive through before i even get there. usually the phone not getting answered is because they're super busy. Great friendly staff and they know when to make small talk and when you're not wanting to talk and leave you alone while handling your transaction.
