No drive thru. Associate said they air down there drive thru due to not enough people using it. However had to go inside.

Just cause he thinks we cant see him doesnt mean we can't. Im in a commercial lane for a reason... I need urgency and productiveness. Instead he was constantly on his phone. Like i have to get back to wrk. I wish i could have gone to my regular wells fargo. Next time I'll wait. Waste of ppl time not professional.
