Me and my family went to Walmart and bought all our goodies that we needed we spent well over $400 dollars but as we were checking out we had went to the self checkout Yolanda approached us very rudely asking “are you sure that’s 20 items” looking in my basket and I said yes I’m pretty sure because i had already purchased a game console in the electronics section so I was thinking I had about 20 items maybe a couple over the 20 items and she said “okay well see about that when you guys scan your stuff” again rudely so we left it be we then no longer needed an item so I gave it to Yolanda instead of leaving it somewhere it didn’t belong and she tells my fiancé “what do you want me to do with that I don’t want nothing to do with it” he then told her “where ever you put the stuff customers don’t want” and she grabbed it from his hand and threw it in a basket and proceeded to talk shit with her coworker Elijah who also was very rude because he had to help us after talking shit with Yolanda because the receipt printer jammed and when he got me the receipt it wasn’t the full receipts so I asked my fiancé if that was fine and he said “no let him do his job or if he don’t want to do it he can get someone else to do it.” Elijah then said “ I never said I didn’t want to but now I’ll think about it” and walked away. So I went to talk to one of the managers not to sure how to spell her name but starts with an “M” like mystick or mistick not sure but she didn’t even want to hear my issues I had or address her employees for being so disrespectful even after Elijah bad mouthed us in front of her all she did was send him away and called security . So we left and security David and four employees including Yolanda followed us more like chased us out Walmart when I was already willingly leaving and as I continued asking them to please leave me and my fiancé and two kids alone and to go away they continued to antagonize us and not leave us alone. I get it make sure I leave but do it from a distance if I’m already leaving with no fight. Absolutely the worst experience at this WAL-MART and this was one of the only ones I enjoyed going to even travel a whole 45 minutes away just to be treated this way but not no more they all can be disrespectful together or racist because everyone else who had a basket full at self checkout didn’t get questioned and harassed for having more than 20 items in their carts. Even another customer told me that it was crazy the way she was acting towards me. I hope the owner of the store can do something more then what the manager on site did. And I’m not saying we were very calm about the situation but we were rude to start it either . We just felt very disrespected when we did nothing to get treated that way and then to top it off no one wanted to help and resolve the situation but only get together and make it worse and record us. Yolonda wasn’t even professional to begin with, with sunglasses on at 8:30 pm inside the store . Here’s the proof as I was leaving and David circled around us like 4 times on all sides of my car. It’s crazy how many years someone can be a manger and still be so unprofessional and still keep that position.

I made an appointment for an oil change and it didn’t mean anything. It’s the same as a walk in.

Me and my wife went to the health & beauty section yesterday for our body fragrances that we normally get from Walmart. There was nobody in line at the time nor at register... so my wife went to push the help button that was located on the wall by the register, then all of sudden we heard IM RIGHT HERE!! Then she goes helps this other person as if we were invisible. So we just left...

Hello
I bought ONN print cartridges a couple of weeks ago. When I got them home and opened them and placed them in my printer they did not work. We did many things to trouble shoot the problem. However, I ended up running back to your store to purchase higher priced print cartridges.
Today i went to Walmart customer service to return them. First, I was told because I did not have the box I would have to go get an unopened box and bring it back to get the UPC. I did this, when I returned to customer service i was told because the item was opened it could not be returned. I was told i could exchange it. I told the clerk why would I want to purchase an item that does not work. She then said because it was open it could not be returned. I said i had to open it to put it in my printer, if I would have known it was defective I would not have bought it. You could see that they had not been used. I spoke to a manager and she said the policy is they dont take back items that are opened. I said I had to open it to put it in the printer. I said, I can't believe a huge company such as Walmart has this insane policy and I don't appreciate being refused to get my money back. She said I'm not refusing you. I asked for my money back and she said no. That is refusing to give me good customer service and my money back.
I can't believe your stores sell faulty merchandise and expect the customer to know before opening it and then when it's brought to your attention you refuse to refund and accept responsibility.
Very disgruntled customer

If I could put 0 stars, I WOULD! Today at 6:30pm, we went to Walmart to get a few things, specifically a Bluetooth speaker. As you may know… they are many displayed out to hear how they play- we barely pressed 2 play buttons, and the rude lady working electronic wearing all black and not in uniform screamed at us to “shut up”, as she was working with a customer. “I hear that all day long so annoying” she tells him as he uncomfortably laughs, then proceeds to rudely ask us “do you guys need ANYTHING?”.We weren’t even horse playing either! I believe she needs to be straightened up or talked to, even written up if she’s talking to customers like that. So unprofessional. That speaker was for my nephew’s birthday tonight and we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable by this experience and exchange, causing us to leave. I believe Walmart needs to do some better training and work on training their “team” members on how to properly speak with customers and handle their feelings.

Their website accuracy sucks! I drove clear across town for a cooler that stated 3 were in stock and the only ones available in 100 mile radius only to find they actually were NOT in stock! Waste of time, money, energy, and effort. This is one reason Walmart struggles so badly!!

My fiancé and I have been shopping at this Walmart for years; for me, it has been my whole life. We have gotten to know many of the employees and always try to be friendly and appreciative. However, the other day, we had a frustrating experience during our usual visit when we needed help scanning an item at checkout.
We were trying to scan all 24 packs of ramen, but during our last visit, an employee showed us an easier way to scan them without needing to do it individually. When we called for assistance, the first employee who arrived didn’t understand what we were talking about. Suddenly, another employee interjected, saying, "I don’t think they scanned the eggs." Her tone came across as rude.
Having previously worked at this Walmart, I recall that we were trained never to assume whether a customer had scanned an item. Although times may have changed, her delivery felt unfriendly. We had seen this employee multiple times before, and she had always been pleasant. Unfortunately, she ended up scanning all the ramen packs individually, and her demeanor appeared standoffish and rude throughout.
After finishing with us, she went to assist another customer, which her attitude changed to extremely friendly and even asked about his day. This customer was Caucasian, while my fiancé is Mexican. We exchanged looks and both felt that her attitude towards us seemed discriminatory. Although these are only assumptions, ever since the DEI initiatives were lifted, it seemed on purpose. We haven't encountered that kind of behavior before. It's upsetting not just for my fiancé but for anyone else who may have been treated differently since the changes at Walmart.

Scan and go checkout doesn't work according to checkout people, even though the light is green. Personally I think those checkout people are lazy.
