I come to this Walmart all the time since it is near my home. Today I went there to get a swimming pool with my baby attached to me. I was looking everywhere for someone to tell me the price of a pool since it was not marked on the shelf, when I finally found someone, some poofy haired blonde guy told me “did you know you could look on the Walmart app on your phone?” As if I wanted to spend more time, downloading an app with my baby attached to me in the middle of Walmart. Maybe you should just do your job in helping customers or simply have the price posted like it should be. Walmart, maybe train your employees to be more respectful. I am very disappointed in the service I had today.

Rudest employee I have ever come across beware of Aliana!! I have been coming to this store for years and honestly never had been treated like this before. 1st I had to wait quite a while for an associate to come verify my liquor. 2nd when Aliana or ariana arrived she looked bugged to be doing her job! my 17 yr old was with me and we ran into my neighbor she asked for help since she is not used to doing self check out so she was a completely separate shopper. She opened the rope off to let her self through and looked at my daughter and told her she needed to close the rope she didn't give her a chance to go through she literally closed it on my daughter!!? didn't card her either but then 3rd she asked to see my ID which I gave to her then she told my neighbor you too 65 yr old woman as I was explaining that she was a completely different transaction she rudely interrupted me and demanded to see all our ID's ID even though they were separate transactions. policy I understand but she did not have to act the way she did. She did the override then walked away without saying anything else. There should have been a goodbye or have a good night or some greeting but nope so unprofessional! Chick, if you hate your job that's your problem! The worst customer service experience I have ever had. My daughter me and my neighbor were all offended by her behavior.
