The staff are so friendly and helpful here. I transferred some meds from Walgreens and the price dropped from over $100 to $16. Couldn’t be happier.

Bad employees that can probably be replaced with some automatic machine/ dispensing device atleast it wouldn't lie, say 20mins then return to not have the prescription or the ingredients for it after wasted 45min total, then suggested to use eyedrops instead of eardrops. Hmm that to me could be illegal,? Changing the mode of delivery of medication should only be the prescribers job.

This used to be a good pharmacy, but I strongly advise everyone not to use them. I have had nothing but problems with them 5 of the last 6 times I've had to use them. Their system is constantly not processing prescriptions, the people working in the pharmacy are always telling me things will be fixed by a certain time and they never are. They are both dishonest and incompetent and you would do well to avoid dealing with them. I personally have already moved all of my prescriptions elsewhere and you should too.

I got my Covid vaccine booster last night and, as usual, everyone was very professional and personable. I was in and out in five minutes. I have received several shots now from the pharmacist, Alexa Gorwoda, and she administers them better than anyone I've ever been to! I don't know how she does it, but they are completely painless. I highly recommend these folks.

Staff here is always helpful and calm and kind. Alexa Gorwoda is one of the pharmacists and has given me several shots, including covid and flu vax. I never feel the needle at all and its always quick. Definitely recommend this staff.

I scheduled a Moderna booster through the NM State Covid Registration website and showed up a few minutes before my appointment. The pharmacist Alexa Gorwoda though refused to give me a Moderna booster because I had originally received the Pfizer vaccine. There are a number of quite serious problems with this, but I will focus on just three: 1) It is a preposterous level of hubris to contravene the clear guidance on vaccines during a deadly pandemic from both the state and federal governments, both of which support and endorse mixing and matching vaccines. 2) In the case of individuals who originally had the J&J such refusal to mix and match could literally be lethal as the antibody levels created from an alternate booster versus the J&J are massively higher (and doubly so for Moderna vs Pfizer), so in refusing to mix and match Alexa is putting her patients in serious harms way, potentially even killing some of them. 3) By going against clear uniform state and federal guidance Alexa is placing both herself and Walmart in serious ethical and legal jeopardy.I wanted the Moderna booster because all studies show it to be more effective and have longer lasting high levels of anti-bodies. The same studies and data that NMDOH, the CDC, NIH, etc have all seen and seriously considered before supporting mixing and matching.

I scheduled a Flu Shot and reported to the Walmart on Carlisle Albuquerque New Mexico. I had to wait in line and so I was a little cranky, but once I got inside an went the the pharmacy- the crankiness disappeared. The staff were so warm and nice and so very professional. I was treated like a "Queen". I really appreciate the supreme service I received at this Walmart Pharmacy. Thank you!

Walgreens ! Not Wal-Mart.. Menaul & CarlisleObese security guard followed my every step. She made several attempts to intimidate me.I went to pick up my prescriptions.Usually purchase other items, but I felt threatened. I didn't feel safe.I will never return to that location. She dresses like a man, her hair is cut like a man, acts tuff like a man.Is actually a poor excuse of a human. She laughed & told a Walgreens employee bragging how she harrassed & intimidated a senior citizen. He laughed..Will they be laughing when store closes for lack of customers ?

Do you don't require customers to wear masks, or employees? The one that helped me at self check pulled it down to help me, most definitely was NOT asked for. And this one in my photo is going to order food, INSIDE YOUR STORE, wearing her Walmart vest and endangering people by wearing no mask. You should be ashamed of how little you give a s*** about people's health.

I've had it with the store. Unlike other Walmarts in Albuquerqaue, it seems they have their own rules and regulations. I buy wine from Walmart as they carry the brands I want at a good price. I don't like Walmart policy of checking everyones drivers licenses even though State law says anyone under 40, and I am over double that age. But, one of the checkers insisted I take off my glasses, because I don't wear them for my license picture. Went to another clerk, no problem, showed here my drivers license, and got out of there in good order. Checked with another Walmart, and it is not necessary to take off your glasses when giving the clerk your drivers license. Self-serve is just as bad. Needed help, was the only one there when I started checking out, but she helped 4 other people who came in after me before coming over to my place. Will never shop there again.

I took my car with a problem in my tire. They took two hours to take my car to place. Then I asked how much time left I had. They said in 45 more minutes. Don't take your car there the service is not good.

if i could give zero stars, i would. if i could give negative stars, i would. why can't walmart pharmacies get their stuff together?! why have i been told 6 times in 6 hours "it'll be ready in 10 minutes" just to be told it isn't ready when i get to the counter! dragging my sick baby in and out of walmart because someone didn't want to do their job. then they cancel the prescription because i say i can't wait in the store for the 4th "it'll be ten minutes"??? who does that?! not all of us get paid to sit on our butts at walmart all day and tell me, is it really not company policy to call a patient when there's an issue with the prescription? especially when the issue is that you are out of stock?? thank heavens it's not a medication i require for survival. this is outrageous. after my repeated issues with every location of walmart pharmacies, i will be taking my business elsewhere. i will pay the higher prices elsewhere if it means even an iota of competency and common decency.
