Shame on Walgreens for their poor management. I just witnessed a sole employee at the register being slammed with a line of customers. This employee had not been trained to remove the theft control devices this company puts on liquid detergent. She did not know how to use the intercom to ask for assistance. It was painful to watch her struggle and none of this is her fault. Three of us walked out because the wait was ridiculous.

The staff are so mean here. I went in to pick up two books of stamps that I had already paid for online. The lady who helped me was so grouchy. She couldn't figure out how to use her scanning Device and she kind of took it out on me. I asked her if I was allowed to leave since she had kept me there a little too long. She got super Duper mad at me because I gave her my legal name that was on my credit card that I paid with and not my nickname that I placed the order under. I heard her mutter under her breath calling me stupid. That's not so nice to do. I've never ordered anything online from Walgreens to in-store pick up so I assume they would need my legal name that was on my credit card how was I supposed to know? anyway after she just kept getting meaner I decided to just return the stamps and go to the post office. Her manager was standing right there the whole time and he said we are just so busy we try to keep a positive attitude. I don't think he cared either. Now I'll own this all day, I can be pretty goofy but I'm not mean. Maybe don't call your customers stupid it's not very nice.

If you want to wait around for an hour in line to have them tell you that they hadn't started your prescriptions after going for a refill alert, then wait another hour for them to fill it. It's a great place to go

There is a red-haired clerk with glasses in the drive =-thru section. He does not know how to enter Walgreens points on the customer receipt and refuses to learn. The other day, after waiting in line behind 6 cars, he told me I then had to enter the store to get my points (and wait in line again). In the same transaction, he never talked to me nor asked how I wanted to pay for my prescription. He immediately charged my card without asking permission. When I asked him to get someone in the store to the window to enter my points, he then started arguing with me. This is not the first interaction I have had with him. Other clerks, if they don't know how to enter rewards points, immediately get store help.

This is my 'neighborhood' Walgreens and I'm a pretty frequent customer. The good: the store is clean and the staff are almost always very helpful and friendly. They've helped me find things, helped with a photo order gone wrong, and are nice at the registers. Curbside pickup is awesome and easy. The less good: their pharmacy is busy, all the time it seems. I plan to spend 15-30 minutes on picking up prescriptions because there is usually 2-3 people in line inside and like six cars in the drive-thru (that's definitely a covid effect). I received a flu shot there last year and that was delayed well past my appointment time as well. The pharmacy closes for lunch every day, so my guess is they are short-staffed like everyone else these days. Good to know if you are in a hurry, though. No booze at this one. The one further south on Coors closer to I-40 does have alcohol. All in all, it's a pretty good place and I am not annoyed by the pharmacy wait times enough to move my prescriptions elsewhere. It just requires a bit more planning!

My review pertains to the pharmacy staff... I typically get all of my prescriptions filled here and the staff has always been incredibly accommodating and polite and professional. Today I had an issue with my prescription being out of stock. Apparently the growing supply chain shortages are affecting medication as well (that's terrifying). The pharmacist and staff went out of their way to make sure I got my medication. They were compassionate and understanding and showed me nothing but kindness even when I was frustrated and being a jerk. I am eternally grateful to the staff there and know they care about all of their customers and they should be commended for the effort and kindness they provide.

I know this reads more like a Nextdoor post than a Yelp review, but whatevs. This Walgreens location pumps serious pipe organ from the outdoor speakers for no good reason, I like it, and I'm giving them another star simply because it's random and inspiring. Just the outdoor speakers, mind you. It's serious music, booming and ominous, Phantom of the Opera stuff. A month ago, on a Sunday, I heard the chords echoing across the parking lot and I figured Hey, maybe they do this for a religious reason, but during recent weekday visits I've heard it booming as well. The sonic deliverance is enough to stop me in my tracks and send me into a kind of catatonic meditation, wherein I hesitate entering the building, it's that good. Please God, tell me, why hath your symphony chosen said Walgreens? Because the ensuing ordeal is so formulaic. Whence I enter the sliding doors, I encounter the anticipated pop craptacular soundtrack of yesteryear, while I search aisles and purchase necessities. The employees are cool and friendly, there's no sketchy element as referenced in my previous review, I like this location and again, I really dig that outdoor soundtrack. Here's hoping you keep blaring those notes.

Just wanted to give thanks to Miguel Lopez. Our son had an allergic reaction and had to be taken to urgent care. We are so happy that Mr. Lopez works at our Walgreens we visit. He went above his job scope and educated us extensively on our sons medications. I will also be calling in tomorrow to speak to his superiors. Thank you Mr. Lopez, we hope you don't lose your interest in your profession and hope you have a happy career.

Nothing but a hassle with this place I have seen my doctor send my prescriptions electronically I have even called to make sure they have them and they will be on hold for when I need them then they mysteriously disappear and I'm called a liar by the head pharmacist there. I will be transferring my whole family from here even though this one is closer I would rather travel just to not deal with this headache.

This Walgreens is okay. It's not one I'd visit normally because it kinda always looks rundown and frankly a bit unsafe. I don't highly recommend it.

I was there doing a research project for my pharmacy tech class, mind you I'm in regular clothes and you can obviously tell I'm very pregnant. The manager came up to me did not introduce herself and right away was just very rude and said are you a price something something or what? I said politely no I'm just doing this for a research project. The conversation went on and she was very rude the whole time and made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I ended up leaving and will probably never ever go back if she is managing. Unprofessional.

The lady the answers the phone for the pharmacy is rude as hell. When you ask a question you don't answer back with “I don't know†the repeatedly say “ I don't know “ if you don't know, find someone that can help and won't be rude about it!

Pharmacy is horrible! If your not sick when you get there, you will be sick of their excuses by the time you leave. One would assume they would get there act together “KELLY†long enough to help those sick as apposed to making them feel worse with excuses as to why nothing is ever ready, why you have to come inside, why they don't have enough to fill your script, why has your medication been just sitting there when you have already explained your out? The option to text and so forth for refills etc. DOES NOT WORK & IS A “WASTE†OF TIME!! Go across the street to CVS
