Terrible customer service. They don't honor Good Rx pricing and won't make an adjustment. The cashier will just charge you the higher price without telling you. Don't both asking for a manager, they don't care!

What used to be my favorite pharmacy to do business with has become the last place I will go now! Never have prescriptions on time and are extremely rude! Or never open.

They’re so incredibly rude at this pharmacy. It never fails. I had a prescription they didn’t have available and they refused to help me send it to another location. The other location said they should have. Now, I called to check on a prescription and they answered “Walgreens pharmacy they’re several patients ahead of you it’s going to a while” in a very rude tone. I understand they’re understaffed, but frankly the world is an costumer service is everything. I’d think SPECIALLY in this field when people need important medications.

Offered to fill while I waited and they were ready in 20 minutes. This was especially important as breathing was difficult.

Waited for 20 minutes in drive thru. Finally came in and of course there is a line. The guy behind the counter is dancing around and they are moving slower the slugs. I can't believe this happens alot at all the Wal-Green pharmacy. I know most of these staff members r are studentsand probably just I st don't care.

There was about three pharmacy techs and a pharmacist. Customer service is poor. You shouldn’t have customers waiting if you all are just walking around. Sucks this is the only Walgreens in this area. Please hire pharmacy staff that would like to help people rather than delay.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! Called in prescription on Friday. Computer generated system indicated it would be ready for pick-up AFTER 12:15 PM on the following Monday. Went through drive-thru just after 2 PM. Lady at window greeted me with excuses about shipment issues, they were behind, etc, and was just totally NOT fit for dealing with customers. 2ND CONSECUTIVE TIME I HAD TO COME BACK FOR A PRESCRIPTION THAT WAS NOT READY! This was at the Walgreens at 10800 Unser in ABQ.BEWARE!!!

This pharmacy does not care. The last three times there was a problem with my prescription, there were no notices from this Golf Course Walgreens; no calls or texts or e-mails or even automated notices. It's up to you to figure out your prescriptions aren't being filled.

Terrible terrible terrible there’s one lady that makes me and my daughter so uncomfortable every time we are in there. She makes comments on what we are buying and accused my daughter of stealing. We need to find a new walgreens to go to.

I have been a Customer at this store for years. Used it during Covid for pickup of Orders, dropped off Packages for Fedex and have even used the Pharmacy (that's the deduction). Always has super friendly employees and well stocked with a variety of items. Easy to get in and out of and ample parking. I called ahead to see if they had Canes, the friendly lady said yes and told me what isle to find it. I then went in and wala they actually have a pretty good selection. When I went to pay she told me she was glad I was able to find the Cane I needed and was just super friendly taboot.

They hire people to stand outside to block the line instead of hiring those people to help move the line, what a waste. Call them they let you wait on hold for over 10 minutes minimum then hang up on you. Fill your prescription somewhere else if you can they can't keep employees here.

The pharmacy is a joke the staff are very rude I believe they're prejudiced they're not very nice people and very impatient with their customer they are not convenient when it comes to picking up medication especially when you're in pain they make you wait for more than 24 hours just for them to figure out if I medications are ready or not even though you get multiple calls stating that your medications are ready they are not knowledgeable with their system I suggest you ask the doctor for a copy of the prescription in case they misplace the prescription will not be coming back anytime soon... Very disappointed management will hide when you have something to complain about or she will tell u it's not the pharmacies fault it's not their fault because they are not responsible for enough staff to cover I would think moving out of my location to this pharmacy would be convenient but I was wrong
