I went in this evening to pick up some photos, I also had two green Gatorade in my hand to purchase. The woman at the photo counter told me to go to the liquor department for help! This makes absolutely no sense seeing as I was picking up photos and, purchasing two Gatorade. She must have been extremely incapable of doing her job today! Too bad it was during the time the review artist was in the store to check things out. Due to the wraparound line in the liquor department, I left my items there for her to put away. Extremely bad service!

Always slow, the homeless is a problem, always seems like it’s understaffed. And the staff doesn’t care. Found a crack pipe in liquors chillen on the shelf. Would’ve told an employee but I couldn’t find one aside from the cashier who already seemed overwhelmed. This place is sad.

The Walgreens here stands out for its convenient location, easily accessible for quick stops. The store is normally well-stocked, featuring a comprehensive range of everyday essentials, from pharmacy items to snacks and beauty products. Customer service here generally lacking. Additionally, the pharmacy department often has longer wait times, especially during peak hours, which can be a bit frustrating. Despite this, the checkout process near the alcohol section somewhat mitigates the waiting issue. Overall, this Walgreens combines convenience and service effectively, making it a adequate choice for local shoppers.

Most hateful staff possible. I asked one employee if she worked there and if she could help me, she just looked at me and ignored... mad. Then I asked a other to help me find a brand of shampoo to see if it was available. All she did was tell me the aisle they are in. After I had been searching obviously in the only aisle that has shampoo. Didn't care to help. So then she tells me go ask her, the other employee that ignored me and she tells me that I never asked and she gave attitude about how she could hear me... so I told her I'm fine I don't need help. You didn't say you worked here when I asked. So I juts said I dint need help I'm fine. And she tells me out loud. Cool whatever. Like I'm fine I dint don't need help from. People that don't want to help and have a good attitude with customers. Especially with something as simple as lookng for an item to purchase. Then to top it off the cashier in the liquor department thought it was nice to snag and grab the stuff out from my hands when putting on counter. I literally did t do or say anything to be treated so horrible. I can't believe they have those type of people working thier in customer service. I will be reporting all those employees whether they don't care or not. I'm honestly in shock.

This is the last time I’ll use a Walgreens pharmacy. The staff don’t know how to see in their system if a medication has been ordered, and every month for the three months I used them my medications were late. I didn’t even have them mailed to me - I went in and picked them up and had them on autofill, but even after getting the text the meds are ready, they still sometimes weren’t.Don’t make the same mistake I did and expect the pharmacy to be able to get your meds filled in time, because that won’t happen.They also wouldn’t honor two vaccine appointments we had because the pharmacist wasn’t feeling well (but was inexplicably still handling medications), but of course didn’t tell us until we arrived and wouldn’t reschedule us in store. They also randomly closed for a few days without notifying customers in March, nor did they have another Walgreens branch fill prescriptions. They also sometimes close early, so it’s a gamble on if they’re even open.The store is dingy and the front register is almost always closed with a sign telling customers to go to the alcohol section to check out.Overall, l an incompetent pharmacy and dingy store. Skip it.

I called in with these prescriptions I was having troubles with online and T sat on the phone with my during a very busy time and he was very patient with me being I had to add and remove prescriptions. And he helped me save money as well.

This pharmacy I don’t understand how it’s still in business the customer service is nonexistent they never have any medicine always they have to get it from the warehouse their special excuse if I could I would rate this negative 5 stars

I put no stars because everything I go over there to pick up my family members medication there is a line around the corner. Yesterday I pulled into the line and just as the car in front of me drove off the girl in the window walked off and didn't come back at all. I waited patiently for 30 whole minutes and looked behind me and there was the line around the corner by this time its 20 toll closing. I rang the bell and the girl who answered did literally stated we are short staffed right now we will be right with you. Didn't even wait for a reply from me before disconnect from the intercom. What if I simply had a question?For her to be so rude and dismissive it boiled my blood so bad after waiting 30 min you cannot even begin to understand. Then if you go in the store and your browsing makeup you have one employee after another coming up yo you trying to see if you stealing I have never stolen a thing in my life but the judgement here is real. The when you press a button to get help because everything that you need is locked up the ignor helping you. I told my aunt she better switch pharmacy too because I will be loud next time I'm in there and they treat me like that.

I will never do any business with Walgreens. I've been their a loyal customer for decades and spent thousands of dollars but have seen their customer experience decay substantially especially at the location near me.

The expectations consumers are having and the resources they (that pharmacy team) have is just not matching up. Through more work, less help, and less pay, the pharmacy staff is expected to meet all the metrics and goals, while helping us and filling our Rx's - while also ringing up your diet coke. They’re getting robbed or destroyed too often, and here we are complaining because the drive thru line isn't moving fast enough. We need as a community understand that this is a pharmacy, not a McDonalds. If the drive thru line is too long, how about we get down and go inside. If you can't get down because of little ones, then give the pharmacy a call and request them to Doordash your RX (It's free). If they're not answering the phones, use the Walgreens app. If the pharmacy still hasn't heard anything in regards to your medication or prescription change - then maybe we should call our personal doctor and reach out to them too. There are so many option to better your experience - it's just a matter of doing it. The pharmacy isn't here to serve us our medication in a silver platter, they're here to prepare and dispense medical drugs as best as they can, with the capability and support that they have.

Worst Walgreens ever never open on one side always force to liquor where you have to wait in a long line because the refuse to work I guess. Employees are trash never good service you see more employees standing around talking than you ever see working. If you don’t need alcohol just go to Walgreens on Unser definitely better service there

Rude staff!! Heard them gossiping and down talking a skinny girl for no reason. They keep you on hold so that you eventually hang up on purpose. I was on hold for 30 minutes and when they answered they immediately hung up. Horrible, horrible Walgreens. If you want to leave a Walgreens happy, go to a different Walgreens. Rudest staff ever!!!!!
