I love this location in general but I've had several nasty encounters with the little girl who says she's the manager "Sandra." She has gone as far as telling me to get out of her store as if she owns the place. She has a power trip. I am not the only one neither, I have videos in my phone of her interactions with other people. I dont know how she still has a job there.

Me and my wife were treated so rude by an employee named "Sandra" young girl. This girl needs a mentor, for real. But thanks to Hussain, we will be back. He was so professional and has the utmost respect for Customers.Cudos to you.? 5 stars for HIM....

Never have I ever been treated in such a disrespectful way then I have been at this store. The “manager” was beyond rude with me. They really need to retrain there employees from the cashier to the managers there seams to a disconnect between them and the customer nobody seams to know the rules or what can and can’t be done this is what happens when you have a store ran by a bunch of kids will never go back no wonder this store has 2.5 stars a perfect reflection of the people who run the store

This Walgreen's (in particular the Pharmacy) is useless , out of touch , out of date and totally lacks customer service. My husband has several health issues. We get many prescriptions from there. TODAY was absolutely unacceptable. We were at doctor's yesterday afternoon. The scrip was called in then (at around 3 -4 p.m.). FIRST VISIT: We stopped on way home. Were told it was not ready. SECOND VISIT. So we waited until today and stopped by at 2:00. We were told there was some sort of CENTRAL STATION that fills prescriptions and they had not received them yet and had to go through them. Went out to dinner but decided to stop at Walgreens YET AGAIN 3. THIRD VISIT... at around 8:15 p.m. this evening. . The clerk did not seem to know anything about the scrip and asked many questions. THEN, they said ...they had to FILL IT AND I SHOULD HAVE A SEAT AND WAIT.!@! That's when I had enough! I went out and went thru drive through and 'somehow' it was suddenly ready. REMINDER: THIS WAS THE THIRD TRY !!! This is totally lacking in customer service, also no concern for patients who may need the medicine right away! The lack of care or service could then result in serious consequences! They are living in a bubble, a dream world and it DOES NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.WHOMEVER THE MANAGER IS..THEY NEED TO HAVE A COME TO JESUS MEETING WITH THEIR STAFF. I have never experienced such poor service at a pharmacy in my entire life. It is uncaring, unprofessional and unacceptable! They need to get their act together.

The worst store to get the rewards of the week when making a purchase. It is the only store that when you buy they never print the register rewards marked on the label and you go to another store and in the other if they print you. What situation is there? How do you explain that? It's always the same at this particular store.

Went in at 8:20 pm on a Monday night, there was 4 employees that I could see , long line and only one cashier others just looking lost . Another cashier very slowly finally opened another register. So sad these days people don't want to work and don't care at all. Cashiers act like they are doing us a favor for ringing up our purchases. NO thank you, sorry for the long wait , have a nice day , nothing, extremely unfriendly.

Made a flu shot appointment 2 days in advance online for 4pm, filled consent form online, got there at 3:45, got called for more form at the window at 4:45, didn't get the shot until 5:20. The store really doesn't respect people's time.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars. Pharmacy is a joke, employees are not helpful and they never have more than 2 people at the same time, which makes the checkout process a nightmare.

The huge big red sign outside of the Walgreens showed me that the Coke was three for 12.99, so I went and got three and the cashier tried to charge me 17. I told her the reason I came in was because of the big red sign outside and she said they weren’t on sale anymore. I told her it says right outside do you want me to take a picture of it? I said what do you have to do, call your manager? She stared at me and Then gave me the three cokes for $12. But as she was ringing me up she said I won’t be able to do this again. I said I don’t understand what you mean, she said I won’t be able to ring this up again. I said so if I come back and want three more you’re not going to give me that price? She said no. I said I don’t plan on coming back. The huge red sign shows the price, I didn’t go in and just make up a price.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I waited months to post a review because I thought my experience was a one time thing. Nope, the horrible customer service happens all the time. Rude staff that has no customer skills at all. I’m transferring my scripts somewhere else. I’m tired of being treated like trash here.
