No wonder why I was very unhappy walking out of this Walgreens the balled gentleman is very rude and just because my card wasn’t working he said he was going to cancel the transaction so he can help the other people in a very rude way. There are ways to say things in a professional way, and not like you live in the ghetto have some class I will never return to this Walgreens again. I was so embarrassed. The people heard what he said behind me. Totally makes sense on why I was so unhappy the ratings and reviews for this. Walgreens is horrible. New management needs to be taking over and hopefully very soon.

Honestly worst Walgreen in town what pharmacy closes a hourer early terrible customer service and I stayed on the phone for 15mins to not speak to a manager ? I do not recommend this Walgreen at all pharmacy is a joke I gave them one star to post this they don't even deserve the one star

Never has prescriptions ready. Went to pick up refills on very important medication and sign says Temporary Closed. How is a customer supposed to get medication. Will not return to this location for any reason in my neighborhood.

Store Has definitely made some major changes for the better. Staff is Friendly and Helpful store is Cleaner then previous years! Will definitely continue to come back!

Pharmacy staff are RUDE! This young lady would run over my words while trying to give her my info. She was in a hurry, then I said, (conversation was over) Thank you mam, she just handgs up! It's sad, because they get away with it! We're giving them business!

Pharmacy used to be nice but now long lines in store and drive-thru. For no other reason than they won't staff the pharmacy. It closes at 8 I've been sitting for 10 minutes waiting. I will be really mad if they don't serve us due to their negligence in staffing

I used to love this pharmacy - it's close to my house and the staff was always helpful and friendly.
However, now I groan anytime I have to call or have any contact with them. The pharmacist specifically has a bad attitude and makes me feel like a burden. She'll sigh and get short with me. I was starting to take it personally until I read the other negative reviews, but she's apparently just rude to everyone.
The staff will also hang up on me. There are times when I know the app and/or automated system will tell me I need to talk to a person directly, so I call. I can hear the receiver pick up, hear noise in the background, then click. 5 times in a row! Multiple times over the last few months!
If you don't want to deal with the public, then work elsewhere. Patients need help, and their medications are important! I really hope the bad apples at this location move on and find jobs they're happy with, so new staff can come in who understand how important the patient's needs are.

I am a regular at the store and there is a new employee that is rude and awful. He is an older dark skinned man. Not the dark skinned manager with curly hair this is a bald man. One time he totally disrespected my respectable 17 year old son for no reason while acting like he was joking. No one laughed -
3 more visits there with this man working and I’m not going back to this store you can attempt to be friendly and nice but he is just plain rude no customer service skills at all

I agree, this has been one of the worst Walgreens. I've had same problems with rudeness and the managers too at one time were also very rude. I stopped going there a few years ago. But I know a few people that are having the same problems. Walgreens used to be great and very helpful
All I want to say is " If you don't like your jobs, then you should work with the public because that's what has to be done with the job description that you have.

This used to be my pharmacy of choice not only for closeness but staff used to be nice. Lately, pharmacy staff are extremely rude, I tried calling and rude, going in person and the same. It also has been taking a long time for my prescriptions to be filled, almost 2 weeks!!!

The pharmacy staff are beyond rude, don't want to look up any prescriptions and saying they can not look into the portal since we don't go there. Hung up on me twice and totally avoiding what I was trying to explain to her while cutting me off everytime I tried to tell her my child has 2 accounts. Sad excuse of staff
