Why do the hours for pharmacy say 24/7 when they are always closed? This is a business you need to be open and staffed when you say you are going to be or change the posted hours.

You ever just give up on something. American healthcare is just getting worse and worse and more and more expensive. And I know these pharmacy technicians are working hard but since all this is for profit they are overwhelmed, and not getting any help. Things are just getting worse.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy on the planet. Do not expect to get your script on time and don’t pay for delivery because it won’t get delivered. You also won’t get a refund. These people are of no help what so ever. Just go somewhere else.

This Walgreens has a very MEAN and UGLY manager named Gypsy. I brought some merchandise about 2 days ago and I had a receipt and this stupid so called manager refused to give me a refund. He started to argue with me and treated me DISRESPECTFULLY. This person is RUDE MEAN and VERY UGLY. This Walgreens sucks cuz of this idiot he needs to be fired.

We made appointment for vaccines. When we got there the door was locked to the clinic. We were told we would have to stand in line with 10 people in order to get in the room for the shots
So much for appointment. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! NEVER WILL GO AGAIN !!!

The lady in the front register needs to be retrained and doesn’t know even half the store and had eight people on the front waiting for the manager to finish loading the truck…. Including two Photo Booth, they don’t seem to care or care about customers. I’m not going back.

They dont get a prescription, even though the urgent care sent it 3 times and called them twice. So i try to call to see if the even got it yet...... How hard is it to answer a phone? Either they throw me on hold for an hour or they pick up the phone then hang up. Usually both.

Go to LITERALLY ANY OTHER PHARMACY! This location is ridiculous. They refuse to staff the pharmacy so day or night, inside or drive-up, there is always at least a 30 minute wait. And even that is IF you can get them to fill your Rx's and even when they say they have done invariably they will NOT have them done leaving you with the nightmare of having to AGAIN go and wait in one of their ridiculous lines just to get your order-even if it's only 2 or 3 things.

I wish I didn’t even have to select one star because they do NOT deserve it. I’ve dealt with poor service from this pharmacy numerous times and I’m done being polite! Their lack of customer service and professionalism is disgusting! You’re supposed to be helping people get medication they need and yet you treat people like they are wasting your time. I called to check the status of my prescription and I SPOKE to a tech that said it would be ready in 30 min. So I waited not only 30 min to go to the store, but an additional 20 min in the drive thru line, just to get to the window for them to tell me they were out of the medication! I’m sorry, what?! I asked them did they just run out because I called and they said it would be ready, and he said oh yeah when I went to fill it 30 min ago it was out! You couldn’t have called me and told me that when it happened?! So I asked if he could call another Walgreens for me and he proceeded to just get me a phone number and said I could call them myself.. uhm no sir it’s your job! When I told him that he needed to call for me to rush it he told me, “I’m not going to do that I have a line to the street.” That’s not my problem! I waited in that line, for 20 min. I am NOT one to complain, but what broke the straw for me was when I asked him to just print out the prescription for me so I could take it somewhere else and not have to call the urgent care over and over again and he said no I’m not going to do that either. He then proceeded to throw a piece of paper through the drive through window that had the phone number of another Walgreens location and told me, “well you can take this if you want it”. I’m so bugged and I feel so disrespected. If this Walgreens can’t keep up with the demand they either need to close the location or hire more people. Regardless, the people who work there need to change their attitudes and be more professional.
