I was bounced around 3 different Walgreens for 6 hours, just trying to get my mood stabilizers. They were rude, incompetent, disrespectful to me, and one of the head pharmacists laughed in my face. Do not go to tramway and Indian school, Montgomery and San Mateo, or this one. They don’t care about whether or not you get your medications (even your live saving ones)

Not sure of the name of the gentlemen working in the pharmacy but he was absolutely patient, professional and friendly. He had a line and worked through it as fast and efficient as he could. I was impressed . Wish I had caught his name he was working the register around 3pm .

I used to love this Walgreens, I've been going for years, but it has gotten so shady. Women should be able to run to the store without feeling scared, they need to hire a security guard.

Please HIRE a security guard, Everytime that I have stopped by here to buy something there is some meth head or homeless person shoplifting creating an unsafe place to shop. Until you change something to make your store safer, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Google always pops up this Walgreens location for a FedEx drop.. I'd rather drive farther for one, I've gone in twice to drop off, no customer service! This second time was the worst.. there were two associates standing near the chekout, niether greeted me and I stood near the photo counter for a while with No help. So I walked over to check out and asked what time FedEx stops by to pick up.. my response "ugh, Im not to sure, they come and go without saying a thing". She then proceeds to start talking to the other associate like I'm not still standing there wondering if she's going to go check. Well thanks for the Help!! I won't be coming back!

Why does it take an hour EVERY time there are 4 cars in the Walgreens Pharmacy Drive Thru? Really? 15 minutes per car?Are they short staffed? Is no one willing to work for the pay they are offering?I just do not get how it always, always takes this long!!!

This is my third trip for a medication that was “not covered by insurance” that I keep getting notified is filled.Every time I come in, they say they have faxed it the doc to either correct it to do a different dosage or do a prior auth.The last two times, I said thanks and left. Now this is the third notification and third trip.So this time, I told the pharmacist that this has been happening and I want to make sure that the next time I get a text about the med, I need to know whether insurance has covered it. Otherwise don’t fill it and don’t notify me so I don’t waste a trip. Pharmacist 1 hung up on me saying “doctor has not done the prior authorization”. (The drive through phone). That was not my point. And I had to repeat the whole thing to pharmacist 2 - who atleast said she would cancel the prescription before hanging up on me while I was responding.This is not the way to treat a customer.
