Fatima wouldn't let me use their restroom because I didn't want to hear her offer about a Walgreens credit card. Walgreens sucks literally all of them go anywhere else if you can.

I have been calling this Walgreens every other day if not every day for 2+ weeks trying to get a compound prescription for my child. They told me multiple times it was READY and that it just needed “pharmacist verification” and that they would call me back that evening. I called yet again and they told me my doctor did not send in what they needed to fill it and that they would call the next work day to have them resend it. Had they said that WEEKS ago I would have called my doctor MYSELF to have them resend the prescription. Also goes to show that they LIE to save face. Absolutely unacceptable and completely unethical.

If I was grading just the staff here, I would give this Walgreens 5 stars hands down. The staff have been super helpful, with the checkouts, at the pharmacy, and even the security on duty. Unfortunately, the staff can only do so much to make up for a business poorly run. The pricing in particular is a problem — I have found quite a few items throughout the store that are not priced, especially in the refrigerator. Instead of having transparent windows on the refrigerators, with prices on the shelves, they have these fancy TV screens that show the item and the price, and no price actually inside on the shelf. Which would be okay, I guess, if they actually worked. Two of them do not work, and have not worked since at least June (it is now almost October), and a helpful employee today told me that they would never be fixed because the company that makes them doesn't do so any more. Okay. Fine. But the failure by either the management of the store or corporate to compensate for this by at least putting prices on the shelves, so I don't have to bother employees every time I want to buy something in one of those refrigerators, is inexcusable. It's bad enough that they don't replace them at least with transparent doors like most places have — but putting prices on the shelf would take so little time, effort, and resources, I cannot think of a valid reason not to do so aside from incompetence. Guys, please, I just wanna know the price of your hot dogs.
