I went to the pharmacy and waited several minutes for them to talk to me. Then I got to the front after patiently waiting and they refused to help me find a product and refused to call the store to have them help me find a product they just kept on telling me it was over there, I just found it to be fairly useless customer service .

I will never shop here again because they will not let their customers use a restroom. They do not care about customer service. Therefore I am taking my business to their competitor CVS which has a bathroom they let me use.

DO NOT DO THE DELIVERY!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!! I am 9 months pregnant with a respiratory infection that I need antibiotics for and paid online to get them delivered! They took the money out of my account. The store is claiming I NEVER PAID and that there is no card on my account! The online people are saying it's an in store issue but the tech I talked to was beyond rude and had absolutely no help! They are saying I need to contact my bank! This is disgusting and a HUGE SCAM!!!! I will have to DOUBLE PAY if I want to get my prescription!!!!

Pharmacy staff rude. They make you wait on hold then hang up right when they answer. Or have a rude tone in their voice like your annoying them with your call.

Rude and unprofessional staff. The chick that came to cosmetics to unlock the glass because I needed some eyelash glue, was talking in unprofessional manner and seemed to be bothered that she had to do her job. But then again, I’d be mad if I had to work there on a Saturday too

Thank you Pharmacy Technician Carolyn! I have been trying to get a migraine medication for over a year. My doctor wrote prescription for this Walgreens and the prescription was difficult to find and very difficult to get into system, yet Carolyn, who was so busy with so many clients, took the time to find my prescription, get the copay set for me and had it ready for pick up within 24 hours. I had the pleasure of interacting with Carolyn when I picked up the medication, and she was lovely.

I called in for meds, and they confirmed that it would be refilled. I went in to pick it up, and suddenly they can't refill it because its too early. This pharmacy is such a waste of time, looks like they just hire anybody that walks in.

There’s no need to lie that your bathrooms have been ‘closed’ for months, due to “plumbing issues”. We all know it’s Albuquerque, just say you don’t let the public use them.? We understand the why. ?

There are 3 Walgreens that I highly recommend you do not go to.
This one, Montgomery and Wyoming, and Indian school and tramway.
I got bounced around between the 3, for 6 hours. They were withholding my meds, which save my life everyday. They didn’t care. They were rude, incompetent, and uncaring.
I had the issue of them holding my meds for about 5 months. I switched pharmacies and am much happier

Needed my medication and this place is always closed they called me saying my prescription was ready left this message Went at 7:30 pm to pick up my much needed medication to find out there closed but on the message they said they were open till 10pm this pharmacy needs to be shut down maybe the whole store it’s pretty much worthless!

Haven't shopped here in well over a year due to the unwelcoming feeling you get. Figured I would give it a try since we were in the area in hopes they had new, more welcoming staff. To my surprise there were a few new faces who were kind, helpful and welcoming. But, the elderly blonde woman in the makeup area was still there, and still rude. Seems that if you are a person of color she assumes you don't have the money so she won't help you or even acknowledge you. There were a couple of white women who walked in right after my wife and I, who she jumped to greet and ask if they needed help finding anything. It's sad to see that it's always the employees who have no customer service skills are the ones companies keep around.

The pharmacy staff seems so high strung that they take their emotions out on patients by having a lack of warmth in their tone, and being short and snappy. They act like you waste their time. Just because the last patient was giving you trouble doesn’t mean we all will. Sad

Pharmacy staff have very little social skills. People taking prescriptions should have more empathy for sick people. I know they are short-staffed, but they are dealing with the public and need more compassion and a caring attitude! Very disappointed in this pharmacy.

Walgreens may be the largest pharmacy- but are indeed the worst. They drop the ball- pass the blame onto physicians, insurance plans & customers!!! It took 4 days & they still could not fill a script - will never go back- everyone from “shift leaders” to management lazy & disrespectful.
