They sold my wife’s prescription to another customer last week! Today @ 4:00pm they called my wife to tell her a prescription that is a controlled substance won’t be in until the 17th, yet you can’t get them early. Today was the day the refill could happen, they can’t transfer the prescription to another one of THEIR STORES! Try calling your doctors office @ 4:00 pm on a Friday & see if that can be accomplished, NOT! Way to go Walgreens!

Got there 5 min before they went ot lunch was a car in front of me and pharmacy worker told me they were closed at 1:27pm they had three min still tell they closed for lunch and turned me away.

I had a new medication and had some concerns about it. A Pharmacist that was off duty and leaving, stopped to go over my concerns. Gave me the time that I needed and I felt comfortable when I left. Clerks at front have always been helpful and respectful. Store, like most in albuquerque, has problems with shoplifters and homeless but since they do not sell alcohol it is not a serious issue. Not being open on Sundays is not ideal but prior planning goes along way these days at this and other businesses . We have to get use to the new normal.

We were driving through Albuquerque on the way home from our road trip. We brought in a paper prescription for our toddler to this pharmacy and it was filled within minutes as we browsed for snacks. We were so appreciative of the quick service that allowed us to resume our 10+ hour journey home.

The Pharmacy new management that took over San Pedro & Menaul Walgreens a few months ago. Since then every day the pharmacy has opened a little bit later each morning. Today, I am at the pharmacy it's 9:20 and there's a line of people. No one's in the pharmacy. So it goes ... management does not exist at this Walgreens. Last week I was at the drive up window at ten minutes after nine and it wasn't open.

What is the point of searching for another Walgreens close by when this Walgreens is holding my prescription hostage. I had my doctor send it to the Walgreens on San Mateo and Montgomery. I still cannot pick it up because this Walgreens already billed my insurance. So when the other Walgreens tells me this Walgreens needs to back it out of their system… you can understand the utter stupidity in closing down the entire pharmacy because “the pharmacist got sick” No other pharmacy does these types of idiocies. So dumb!?

Worst pharmacy ever! They stop scription's they don't have the Covid shot and I scheduled an appointment to get it today. I'm changing pharmacies.

Every single time I go into this store I get treated horribly by the cashiers. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do better!!!!

Pharmacy is worthless! After explaining the urgency of getting my husband’s heart failure meds and asking ( 3 times) if they could call another Walgreens, we were told " we don't do that."They used to offer without asking- can't be bothered now. We have literally been Walgreens customers for 35 years and have used several stores- they have all become disinterested in their customers or their well-being . Even if the receipt of meds is beyond their control, they could try to help- or at least explain things and show a little empathy. My husband ended up driving around to different Walgreens and found a nice lady at the Montgomery and San Mateo store who helped him get the rest of his meds while he waited. We appreciate her assistance, but will be looking for a new pharmacy. Too bad for Walgreens, as given all our various health issues we spend a small fortune on meds. We will now go somewhere the pharmacy is attentive, provides good service and actually helps their customers.

Google maps says they are open at 7:00 and so does the sign on the door… stoped by at 7:45 to get more cold medicine for my kids after researching which were open but they were closed. Walgreens is really going downhill.

Shannon my wife already gave a review. The tec. I gave her my credit card then finished the sale.she wouldn't hand card back or she could have put it in my bag. But knowing she put under bags. And wife gets bags and card goes on the ground the we had to back up to look and we ran over it. Damaged new card know. We had to reorder a new card. We delt with a huge inconvenience.Monday I will be talking to direct management. Dad always thought me in business customer is always right they put your beens on your table. Customer service has gone out the door...
