Made an appointment online to have a rapid Covid and flu test done. Showed up for my appointment and was told that they don’t do those tests at that location. What is the point of making the appointment and taking the time to drive there if you can’t even get the test you were scheduled for? Ridiculous.

Great experience at this location today. Around 5:30 pm the cashier was extremely pleasant and funny greeted every customer with excitement Walgreens definitely needs more employees like this

I am a regular at the store, I don't much use the pharmacy, but I do come here for snacks. They have good cheap snacks, and I like to joke it's a corner store because it's at the corner of my neighborhood. Usually short staffed but that's how it's been everywhere these days. There is one cashier that has been working here that I love! Great jovial fella.

This was the only option I had for the product I needed. Staff were helpful but seems like inventory is severely lacking. Also, parking lot seems to never get cleaned up, so it "ain't" pretty

Don't buy chocolate here! For the second time I bought chocolate from the candy aisle- and it's old! First it was a lindt chocolate bar a few weeks ago and now reisens chocolate candies. Both times I've opened the candy to find it expired. WTH!

My regular Walgreens is shutting down.... they're blaming the homeless lol. However, I'm pretty sure it is NOT the homeless folks fault. Decided I'd change to the Carlisle and Lomas Walgreens....but, of course, they didn't have my meds in stock. I didn't take it personally...it takes a while to get your orders right when there's a lot of change. I patiently waited until Monday, when they get their "order", but, on Monday, they could only fill one...a process which only took a little more than an hour and a half for them to fill after they finally answered my call. However, most of that hour was spent in the massive line of people waiting for their meds too. Trying to avoid such lines is why I try to call before I come... it's hard on me to stand for that long...It really hurts me. But, I can't call from home. They WON'T answer. I've tried to wait them out...several calls with over 45 minutes of wait time before giving up. In fact, the only time they did answer my call was when I took my phone while still on hold to stand in the line inside the pharmacy! Hehehe....It only took a few rounds of being subjected to their own music and recorded messages on speaker phone at top volume before they finally answered...and only after a mere 52 minutes on hold.This is unacceptable. I was just going to transfer to another Walgreens, after all, I've been using them for decades....but I have been slapped in the face with the final straw...I am going to change companies... Walgreens has become company I will not keep....and they're blaming it on the homeless...what a joke...a not very good one.

This store sucks. If you have prescriptions sent there and it’s in the afternoon they will refuse to fill them. Talk about the worst possible customer service. Hope you don’t need life saving medication.

This place doesn't allow backpacks or bags of any kind. Don't take our rights away because you are getting robbed blind by the homeless.
